I stayed for one night. Easy check in. Room was clean and had a full kitchen with dishes. If I would be staying longer, that would be convenient to cook myself meals. I’ll stay here again.

Gorgoues views of the lake on the patio. Easy check in and out. Spacious space with full kitchenette. Coffee and popcorn in room. Excellent experience. Will be back!

Our stay was not worth the money we spent on the room. The room was somewhat outdated, half the outlets did not work, the shower water pressure was horrible, and the floors were so thin that the we heard every step the people up stair took because the floor creaked so bad. The front door did not seal well we could see through the door and the door jam and sounded like it was fully open due to the noise coming through the door. Also there was little to no WiFi signal in the room. Having to take out our very little trash when we paid over $150 for the night plus everything else we found not satisfactory in the room made it so we will not stay here again.

I can not say enough good things about this place. We stayed here for a few days last weekend. The room was amazing and we loved being on the lake. Highly recommend this place! Will definitely be staying here in the future.

It’s a beautiful place with everything one might need . View of the lake is magnificent Thing to note that it’s is not a hotel . It’s more like a condo. There is no office or front desk or room service . We rented a suit version and it had a kitchen and dining table .Everything was super clean . Beds were wonderful .

This was a really nice place to stay. The view was awesome. The kitchen area was great for making your coffee (a regular size coffee pot) and they had little snacks for you too. The previous guest forgot to empty their kitchen trash so that was a bummer but my husband saw a housekeeper the next day and she gladly came and emptied the trash.
We will definitely stay here again.

The locale was amazing! Waking up to see a lake and mountain every morning brought so much joy to me! It is far away from the busy streets of the National Park but still close enough to everything. I really enjoyed my stay here that I am going to come gere every year for a family vacation. It is now a family tradition! BOOK IT!

This is a beautiful location overlooking, and very close to the water. The room is comfortable and offers a lot of home comforts. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and utensils along with pans and a cooking burner surface. The large couch and dining table offer plenty of seating options and the deck has a table and chairs to relax and take in the beautiful lake views. As a bonus, there is a covered dock out behind the room that is first come first serve for those that bring their boats on vacation. When we were here, there weren't any boats docked there. All in all, it's a great get away!

I was having medical treatments in Little Rock. We chose to drive from Hot Springs to Little Rock daily so we didn't have to stay in Little Rock. We found our stay to be convenient with easy parking in front if our room. We only had a couple things . Since we were there for 5 days we needed a refrigerator. We only had a wine cooler in our room which did not keep the food cold at all and we had to be throw it out. Also the iron was broken when we went to use it. The bed was the most comfortable bed We both slept better than at home. The shower was wonderful with strong water pressure. The balcony was great with a partial view of the lake. We had wood floors so ir would have been nice to have a broom in the room or something to pick up crumbs and dirt tracked in since there is not daily room cleaning. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. We had easy access to lots of nearby restaurants. All the housekeepers were great and attentive to anything we needed.

This is a great place to stay. We had a balcony over looking the lake. It was such a peaceful evening with my sister. The room is comfortable and easy to access. The bed could have been better, but it was okay. We will be back when in the area.

We had a wonderful visit! We loved our room with the beautiful lake view! It was very comfortable and we loved having the kitchen area with coffee and snacks! It was much appreciated after a long travel day!

The property information was very misleading for as where we can put our boat and trailer. Thank God we only lived in North Little Rock because after we were done fishing, we were able to take the boat home and come back.

Amazing Stay! This property is definitely going on my Hot Springs go-to hotel list! Check in instructions were clear and concise. Property is excellently maintained. Unit was roomy and immaculate. Coffee, snacks, utensils provided. Bed is spacious and comfortable. Well-lli room and exterior.

The balcony overlooking the lake, and the kind staff made up for the so-so room. It just all needed a refresh. (Don’t we all?) Crusty burners, weak wifi, broken plastic table outside, leaky AC. But I would go back—dawn on that balcony was stunning and they accommodated late check out which I really needed for work.

This was our 4th stay over holiday weekends and as always The Hamilton was great. The only issue we had this time (never previously) was with the DirecTV, it had an issue finding satellites. Otherwise the rooms are always clean and beds are comfortable, plenty of towels. Overall a great 4th stay and we will be back!

We enjoyed our stay, we liked the peacefulness of being by the lake, and being able to bbq. Our room was located near the ice machine for easy access. The no contact check-in was a breeze. Would stay here again

Beautiful property. Needs some paint in some areas but would definitely stay again. Loved the lake view and key code accessible. Toilet had a hard time flushing as well as the drain for the sink in the bathroom.

Excellent stay. Room was very clean and amenities were good. Had kitchenette and it was on point. Room was on parking lot side but could walk to area with picnic tables on the lake and there was an area where you could get in to swim. Since we have friends in the area it was convenient. Also within 15 minutes of downtown. We have definitely found our place to stay when visiting friends in the area.
