Really nice spot, in a central location. Loved the hospitality and staff was super friendly as well. Will definitely be back!

The Cambria is a good looking hitel! Everything is modern, streamlined and overall just pretty. Staff is exception nice and helpful.
Sadly, that’s where it ends.
The beds are a nightmare. Firm is an understatement, My back has been hurting since I woke up, and I think I had better sleep on a monastery floor in Germany than here.
The rooms are surface cleaned, but sadly not more than that. My socks after walking on the floor were filthy and dark. The shower was a trickle instead of having good pressure. We were on the 3rd floor. Could be that the water pump just doesn’t reach that far.
For what we paid, I’m content. It’s not a luxury hotel by any means, but a solid mid scale joint I’d stay again if it comes to it.

Automobile registration is a hassle, but understood. Though, the $18 per/24hr parking is very poor on the Cambrian’s part. Leaves a bad taste.

The rooms are modern and comfortable! Complete with wifi enabled bathroom mirror and very large flat screen TV. Main complaint is the TV won't accept your own Roku or Chromecast. You have to use a special app, otherwise you're stuck with lame cable offerings.
The restaurant is tiny, but adequate.
The hotel is small and easy to get around and conveniently located right off the freeway. It's a great little place! Just wish they didn't charge $18/day to park your car here.

The hotel was a base for our nearby wedding in Malibu Canyon. We really enjoyed one of the suites we were upgraded to and both the front desk and restaurant staff and service. They had all the necessary amenities. It was a nice cap to a wonderful weekend.

Beautiful setting and smelled very new
Like the outdoor space and the pool area
Issues of concern
The parking is a third party contractor so has to be paid separately via an app
They ran out of ALL beer at the bar/restaurant at 8 pm so some growing pains

Sunday Brunch was suppose to be from 7-2 as advertised all over the hotel, when we arrived ready ti eat at 10:50 am we were told they that they were closed. Very inconvenient we had to check out and find someone where else to eat before heading home.

We stayed only one night on a Sunday for a Malibu wedding. I called a day before to see if we can ck in a lil early to freshen up before the wedding.we flew from SF. The staff told me to call after 7 am to put me in the list for early ck in. I called Sunday morning about 8:20, they took my phone number & told me they will call me. They never did. We ck’d in after the wedding about 10:45. I was disappointed.

Stay here every time we visit our daughter at Pepperdine & it never disappoints. Feels very luxe for the price.

This is my second visit and I was still so appreciative of how modern and clean the rooms are. They had a live band play on the patio and they were really good. They also put out blankets as the evening got chilly. It was so nice to sit outside with a glass of Cab under a blanket and listen to good music! The bed was also very comfy. My only”complaint”…. My room faced the parking lot this time and there were a lot of street lights coming through but no blackout curtain.

While this property is very well done visually, front desk help with our TV and streaming issues went nowhere. Also, the water control in the shower was terrible.

The room was perfect! We had no complaints about it and the restaurant and lobby were nice and clean. However, the pool area was oddly a bit dirty. The cabanas and pool furniture were stained and there were lots of fruit flies.

The receptionist was absolutely amazing. However the hotel's surroundings are full of flies

Have stayed here a few times. Staff always great.
Wifi terrible and TV options limited.
Would I stay again? As a loyal customer for over 10 years, it is a shame the Hotels.com have devalued their rewards program by 80%. So probably not.

Loved the space but the first room they assigned me had the sink dirty. The second room had the do not disturb sign on it. The third was the charm.
