I booked, my flight was delayed then rescheduled and I messaged to change booking date and I didnt receive help. I believe I messaged about an hoir after booking. No answer via mesaages or phone. Waste of money.

Great stay ! We stayed 3 nights for a concert and it was great, the only downside is that we stayed in room 101 and the exit door right next to the room has the lock broken so anyone can enter and leave the hotel without being notice. We could hear that door open a close to really late at nite. Other than that everything was really good !

Stayed a week and every one of the desk staff was wonderful and accommodating. 24 hour free coffee and tea was awesome. Sound proofing for outside noises was great but sounded like a heard of elephants was upstairs. I would highly recommend staying here. Look forward to see if other properties they have match up.

I didn’t realize the Chicago marathon was going on. Hotel was clean & staff great. ECO friendly means a small fridge in your room. Must leave your keycard in slot inside for lights to work. One ice machine and microwave on first floor for entire 4 floors of the hotel. Typical free breakfast.

The location was fantastic, conveniently close to the airport. However, be aware that you need to reserve the shuttle a day in advance. Breakfast was decent, and coffee is available around the clock. The front desk staff were exceptional—very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is fairly new, so everything inside looks pristine.

I thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of the bedding and pillows. And the bed in general. The TV service was very good. I enjoyed the room and the bathroom, but would’ve also enjoyed having a handheld device in the shower. The 24 hour Costa coffee Both regular and decaf in the lobby was great for me. I’m suffering from Jetlag and went to bed at 9:30 PM and I’ve been up since 2:30 AM. Went downstairs and got some coffee. I’m relaxing drinking the coffee a mix of regular and decaf and enjoying some HGTV.

This has become our go to hotel when visiting Chicagoland. Hotel is awesome! Clean, great staff and good overall service. Close to airport but can’t hear the planes. Great area around and quick access to main roads to get around quickly and easily.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! We stayed for a few days to go to Chicago and we had a nice stay. The room was nice and clean and for a neat freak such as myself was a BIG deal. Staff was friendly, parking was nice and breakfast was great every morning! When we come back to the Chicago area, this will be where we stay!

Nice hotel very clean and basicly everything is brand new. Breakfast was NOT good and location was excellent if you had a car, even though most of the restaurants are very close there are no pedestrian crossings on the busy roads that surround the property to safely gain access to the shops and restaurants

A low frills hotel near Chicago O’hare airport. A little noisy from a train that is VERY nearby - didn’t hear it overnight but early heard it early in the morning as it came through.

Avid Chicago/ O’Hare is a clean, modern, very comfortable hotel for night or a week. It’s just enough if you have things to do in the area and you just need a great place to “come home” to. Little things stand out, like “firm” and “soft” embroidered on the pillow cases so you can identify your faves at a glance, and hanger hooks on the wall for quick things you’ll be in and out with. Clean, bright, well-run.

Very clean rooms, bathroom and shower was great (great water pressure, big mirror), close to the convention center, plenty of food options and shopping close by, and beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that the tv only had about 20 channels and the cast option from my phone wouldn’t work, it said unavailable no matter what I did.

We had a pleasant stay here with friendly staff, C. was very helpful at the front desk when I had issue with my booking and R. the shuttle driver was helpful. The rooms are clean and beds were comfortable. And parking is free and Rosemont train station is close by.
