The hotel is relatively new. So, most everything is in good condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lighting in the rooms, however, was insufficient. The walls were painted dark blue/gray and, without daylight coming through the sheets or open curtains, the room was very dark. There was a blinding overhead light, but that was uncomfortable as well.

Our original room was a king size bed room which was very nice. TV was not working. They ended up moving us to a room with two beds. Still a nice room but the room with the king size bed is a little nicer. However, the front desk was very helpful and made changes quickly. The hotel is well kept and very nice.

Breakfast was not very appealing. Rooms are not well lit, need more lighting in the rooms.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Nice room, breakfast.

The room was dank & dark, half of the lights didn’t work, the towels were dingy & half stained along with a mouse running around the breakfast area & front lobby. Disgusting.

The bed was fairly comfortable. Noisy room due to wind coming thru window even tho it was closed.
2.5
The air conditioning in the room I stayed in was broken and woke me up at 4am, but the next day the staff kindly changed my room and provided me with a larger room than the original one.
I would use this hotel again.

We always stay here to visit family and this hotel is consistent with service and friendliness. Although our do not disturb sign was not on the door, we never received room service so not sure if you now need to request it each day but the there were plenty of bath towels and wash cloths provided during our stay so it was okay. Just thought it was odd unless it’s a new policy.

Light switches were very confusing & room was poorly lit. TV had 2 remotes & we could not get regular channels. Night clerk came up to the room after trying to give us directions over the phone. She could not get “live TV” either. Bathroom: shower floor was very slippery, toilet did not have a seat/cover, hand towels & wash clothes were dingy. Bath towels were much fresher & clean. Wall thermostat was not functioning. BED was comfortable & bedding was a nice quality.

The hotel is new and the rooms were very nice and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly. Location was very good, a short drive downtown and to distilleries. We would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Hotel was awesome, newish. Room was large, nicely furnished. Bathroom super nice. Real walk-in shower which we loved. Had a little trouble with the smart TVs ...maybe needed better instructions for use. Breakfast was really good...anything we could ever want. Employees super nice

We were not informed at check-in that there was no hot water. The room appeared to be “clean” but upon further inspection we noticed the floor had not been vacuumed. We spent two of the three nights we intended to stay, when we mentioned the hot water issue to the front desk we received a “ya, we’ve been having trouble with that.”

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is the breakfast. There were plenty of options but the options were the same every day. We got tired of eating sausage served every day with either scrambled and eggs cooked hard. What about adding bacon or ham? you can only eat the same breakfast a few days and then it's time to move on.

Lobby was very clean and well decorated. Room was great! Clean, quiet, relaxing. Best part was it was only 4 minutes from Lux Row distillery.

Great location. Near multiple restaurants, Walmart and several gas stations. Clean room, great fitness room for a hotel and a pool. My only complaint was that breakfast started at 7am instead of 6am since I had early tee times for my golf tournament. I did get to eat breakfast on my last morning there and it was pretty good.

The rooms our very dark even with the lights on. Some brighter led would be a plus also since ther our no tubs only showers put the shower head as a wand so you can more easily rinse off my wife doesn’t want to get here hair wet when showering.

This is a great hotel! It's very clean and well laid out and the rooms are spacious and comfy (big bathrooms!). The pool is great and the breakfast was very good. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, muffins, cereal, make your own fresh waffles and more. It's on the outskirts of town so you won't be walking to town (it's on a busy 5 lane bypass road) but there are plenty of distilleries close by including across the street. It's just a few minutes from anywhere in Bardstown. The only negative for me was that the shower heads are mounted way too low and it was below my chin and pointed down. Washing my hair was a hassle and I don't have any idea why they would be mounted so low. It's on an adjusting rod so you can move it up and down but that rod is installed too low. Other than that the hotel was perfect!

Very nice hotel and in a great location. Found the hotel to be very clean and relaxing. Yes, there were a few marks on the walls where inconsiderate traveller's have banged their cases or carts into, but thats normal. Workers were friendly and helpful to me as a visitor. Breakfast was well appointed and fresh. Loads of nice parking. Hotel was far enough off the beaten path to be nice and quiet but close enough to places to eat, just a few minutes drive. If you're looking for a hotel where you can walk to a lively night life, pass this one by. But, if you're looking for a comfortable place to stay, good coffee, clean, and quiet, this is the place.

This hotel is a good value as long as they stay ahead of the pack on price. It is a nice bulding and a good location if Bardstown is your destination.
There are minor issues. My coworker had billing issues in a situation where the room was supposed to be paid by the company, and incidentals to his card, but these issues were resolved and I have personally stayed here twice through expedia with no billing issues. I had 2 conditioners and no shampoo in my room and there is only 1 drawer in the rooms here. All in all this hotel is good value and remains my first choice for a hotel in the bardstown area.

Was loud in the hallway and the room was not cleaned. They told me we had to request it to be cleaned at the end of our stay

Nice hotel, fairly new, better than average breakfast. Front desk personnel were not very helpful. No one could explain a mystery charge of $162 on my credit card, but fortunately it was reversed a couple days later.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Easy in and out and access. All amenities worked. Only con was orange chair needed arms on it, otherwise, it was alright. Daughter says pillows were too soft.

The property was great. The hardest thing was getting across the highway!

The only complaint i would have is the ac did not cool the room as cool as we like it for sleep. However, it was extremely hot that night. I would definitely stay again. The room was large and comfortable and it was very quiet for sleeping.

The AC took awhile to cool the room. It was really really a hot day. Once we were cool it was a wonderful place to stay. Staff is sooo nice.
