Comfortable and efficient stay. The staff at the desk were exceptionally welcoming and helpful.

Our stay was overall good! We originally given a room with a quite dirty shower and that smelled strongly of paint, but the reception staff quickly moved us to a much more clean room. We also struggled a bit with getting housekeeping requests met (i.e., sending several WhatsApp messages and taking to more than one staff member to get an extra blanket), but it was eventually resolved. Overall, this is pretty no-frills hotel, but if you’re planning on spending most of your day out and about, it was a quiet place to stay in Dublin about 15 minutes walking from all major sites.

There is a notice in the elevator that states clearly your room will not be cleaned during your stay if is a certain length of days. My stay was within this short days range. For this reason I didn't put the do not disturb sign on my door as I would normally.
I was surprised to return to my room one afternoon and find that someone had in fact come into the room, and left a card in the electricity slot.
If you state that you won't enter a room I think you should honour that. I was very disappointed by this.

Friendly staff, great area to stay in

Great location. Great set up for being able to make meals and enjoy without having to dine out.
4.6
Fantastic place to stay.
4.6
All good, apart from the awful, shrill voice of the person working on reception, which was so loud, you could hear it from miles away. Someone needs to teach her how to speak quietly to the people in front of her till, rather than shouting to everyone else in the foyer/dining area. Hearing a ear- piercing voice and every word of every conversation with every guest all day long is clearly not a pleasant experience when you are trying to relax.

Clean and a very attentive staff

We stayed here for 4 days on the main level.
It's half a block from a Tesco store which was convenient for snacks, water, etc. The area may seem low end at first but never did I feel unsafe.
We also had coffees, beer, and pizza from the 'hotel' lobby which was fine.
When we arrived we also used their laundry services. These cost for the washer and dryer separately but the front desk provided free washer pods.
Overall we would stay again. Just realize it's more of an air BNB style room with a hotel front desk and cafe. They don't clean your room for you under a 7 day stay. Which we were okay with.

Helpful staff. Good room.

I booked this aparthotel for 8 nights, very disappointed very dusted, I have cleaned myself as I couldn't organize my clothing, it was a good thing that i have checked before unpacked the wardrobe very dirty, the shower tray appeared yellow, seems that they never cleaned the room. In our whole stay despite my request at reception to wipe the room they didn'tdo it so if you think you want to stay here you need some cleaning materials. I would no stay again here.

Really happy with our stay, although we were only there for 1 night. It was clean, the staff were very friendly and we felt safe while in the building. The room looked a little different then the photo shown as there was no couch in the room, however, it didn’t really matter to us. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This place was mostly fine, but the AC didn't work and the windows didn't open at all. The front desk offered to move us but we were only there for one night and were exhausted so we suffered through it. Other than that there was a weird what I'm assuming is a blood stain on the duvet which we removed. Staff was nice and the bakery next door was amazing actually. If the AC would have worked this could have been a 4 start totally fine place to crash but that really made it uncomfortable.
4.6
Property clean and modern, but rather small.

Property was new, clean and well furnished. Recently renovated. Very close to Dublin Landmarks and accessible with Public Transportation.
4.6
Great stay and great staff.
4.6
Great location with excellent service and comfortable arrangements.

The front desk staff were wonderfully helpful for every question. The checkin was easy and the checkout seamless. The breakfast was expensive but the tesco 40 steps from the front has all the food and beverages you will need! Rooms were clean, bathrooms had ample hot water and pressure.

Isabel, at the front desk, is wonderful. I wish there'd been some more shelving (especially in the lavatories). Also, there were a couple of nights where it was a little loud at night (full disclosure: I caught a cold during my holiday), but I think that comes with being pretty conveniently located to Trinity College/Grafton Street.
4.6
Just outside the busy Temple Bar area, but easy to walk to restaurants, shops, Trinity College and Dublin Castle. Kind and helpful staff.

Wonderful! Really comfortable beds and big rooms with kitchenettes. Great location! Wonderful staff! Highly recommended!

Great stay for the Taylor swift concert at Aviva!

What counts most— excellent service & friendliness from the staff, plenty hot water, large comfortable bed, quiet ( yes there is a train right outside but it runs silently— really we had to see it to know it was there) , good lighting but tricky to figure out all the switches as some are not near what they control & are not labeled, no door or floor squeaks appreciated.
Wish for 1 soft pillow, a trash can for the bedroom not just bathroom, box of tissues, & a mounted enlargement mirror:).
Thank you hotel— we California folks would stay again as we could walk to so much:)

The property itself was fine at best. The inconsistencies throughout the staff needs to be addressed by higher level management. The male wearing the suit jacket, Yoseef maybe?, was unwelcoming, unapproachable and made us feel like we didn’t belong there. This is my second time in Ireland. The first time was at the Merrion and this time I chose something more affordable. I’d say just remember that you get what you pay for. 3-4 star Aparthotels is a bit of a stretch.

Loved it. Location is awesome. Staff was super friendly.

Great place, convenient location, very helpful and friendly staff

Super convenient location. 10 to 15 min walk to Grafton Street. Right by train, thoigh, so noisy all night. And the apartments are small. Very basic accommodations. Adequate if you don't plan to spend a lot of time there.
4.6
Super friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet room. Comfy bed. Great location and amenities for short stays.
4.6
Good location near Trinity College and Bread 41.
4.6
Requires new bedding, the pillows had a smell! No fitted sheets.
Smaller than expected.
Dishwasher stinks.

Great, helpful staff, centrally located, everything new

It was good for a conference stay. Good location

Stayed in a regular room (no separate living area). Great location. Requested a quiet room and was given a courtyard-facing room on the top floor. Spacious enough, though some drawer space would have been appreciated. Room was big enough for both of us to keep our luggage open/accessible so lack of drawer space wasn't too much of an issue. The under-bed drawers had cleaning & ironing supplies inside, so they were not useable. Also, the safe was tiny and the last guest had left the door in the locked position so it was not useable. But the important part was the the room was clean, towels were nice and large, pillows were comfy (bed was too soft for my liking).
Location is super convenient for sightseeing. Even if it was not super hot in June, the A/C this hotel offers was much appreciated. Would stay here again. And the Bread 41 bakery around the corner is a must-visit!!! We ate there every day.

AC not working. Cannot open window. We had an handicap room! Just yerrible
4.6
Friendly staff, close to everything
4.6
Nothing to write home about. AC did not work ! Hot breakfast buffet was cold. Pillows were like cardboard. I would not stay there again.

Check in and staff were excellent. Room was functional and location great for accessing the city centre
