Nothing wrong with the hotel but putting bars in pools make people pee in them while sitting in them. A lot of people bathing in their clothes, if one needs it to protect themselves from sun or whatever use dedicated clothes not your everyday t-shirt that you sweated in and use showers before swimming and use toilets for peeing. The hotel could be better with adressing these issues and then it would have been better for everyone. I know I was in a different culture and sometimes need to adjust accordingly but sometimes people don’t understand and need guidance, either remove the sign quiet zone or tell people yelling across entire hotel to keep it down. I have no problems with kids playing or laughing or people conversing but when people are angrily yelling across entire hotel. It always amazes me when I see these people behaving like no one else is present. Also stayed in sister hotel which was a lot better.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel was wonderful. Our pool view room was large enough for our family of 4 and we loved the big balcony. I can’t fault it really - we will be back!

I would like to provide feedback on our recent at your hotel. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the level of cleanliness in our room, which fell far below what we have come to expect from 5-star or even 4-star hotels. Additionally, the room itself was in urgent need of renovation. The extra bed provided for our child was also extremely uncomfortable. It had only a mattress a few centimeters thick placed on a hard wooden frame. Our child complained of neck and back pain. On a positive note, we appreciated the beautiful appearance of the hotel’s common areas, and the breakfast was excellent—thank you for that. The staff, for the most part, were friendly and helpful, with special thanks to New, who went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and even offered us the option to change rooms. However, by that point, we had already decided to leave and switch to another hotel, so we checked out as soon as we found a suitable alternative. While our stay could have ended on a better note, unfortunately, the service we received upon checkout was the worst we have ever encountered. When I said thank you and goodbye, Mrs. Dao did not respond or even make eye contact. It was only thanks to the gentleman at the adjacent desk who offered a thank you and farewell on behalf of his colleague that we left with some sense of courtesy. I hope this feedback is helpful and taken into consideration for future improvement.

We booked 7 rooms within our travel group. 3 out of the 7 rooms were so mouldy they had to change rooms 2 of these booking didn’t even get into a room on the first day we booked due to the mould ended up staying from midnight in temporary rooms and had to move the next day but had to wait until 12pm for the rooms to be ready. Once we were all in rooms that weren’t mouldy the stay was good, the pools are excellent for the kids however the slides need maintenance. The hotel is close to landmark night market and good location for many restaurants

Holiday Ao Nang Beach Resort in Krabi, Thailand, offers a prime location directly opposite the beach and just a short walk from the famous Ao Nang night markets. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making our stay pleasant from the start. The pool area was spacious and well-maintained, and we especially enjoyed having a pool access room on the ground floor. However, we realised our room was located right next to the swim-up bar, where techno music was played at high volumes throughout the day. Unfortunately, the speakers were positioned towards our room, making it difficult to relax on our balcony due to the constant loud noise. The music choice seemed more suited for a younger crowd or a clubbing techno scene despite the fact that many families with young children were staying at the resort. While we appreciated many aspects of the resort, the loud music significantly impacted our ability to relax, and for this reason, we likely wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

The pool access room that we were staying room#1104 & 1106 smell really really bad ( we think it’s from the sewer) and we had encountered mouse in both of those rooms. Hotel staff was very understanding and quickly change our room. They were quick to arrive at our rooms to help us locate the mouse. Finally the third room #2108 was good. Overall good experience and we enjoy our stay

Had high hopes for this resort as it was rated 5 star, was quite disappointed. We arrived at 9:45pm and was placed in a room that had mould spores all over the roof. The shower was filthy, grout not clean. We then called reception and asked to move rooms, were shown 2 other rooms which also had mould on the roof and one also had a mouldy interconnecting door. We were told to stay one night in a mouldy room (which we did not check in until 1am that evening), and next morning were shown another mouldy room. We asked the manager to find us a room that was clean. Eventually we got upgraded to a family suite which had no mould anywhere in the room. Beds were rock hard and you could feel the springs. Definitely need an upgrade on mattresses. Housekeeping needs to be more thorough. Water slides were cracked and fibre glass gel coating flaking off which is a hazard for children. Dirty dishes at breakfast time. Elevators were very musty smelling, rubber matting needs replacing. The staff were friendly and accommodating and food was reasonable. Location was close to Ao Nang landmark night market, 7/11 and minimart down the road and long tail boat transport directly across.

Lovely scenic hotel, great pool for kids adults. This part of Ao nang is quiet but with loads of food options, and night market for large choice. Quieter and less European or Australian tourists than Phuket such as Patong, kata, karon. Calmer slower pace of life. Beach nothing special so head to northern tip of Ao nang near ferry pier for lovely beach , or go to railay beach. Hong islands long tail trip nice option also.

No welcome drink. Got cordial after we mentioned it. No concierge or hotel map/local map. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Lack of tables every morning. Pool was clean. Excellent location, spacious rooms and bathroom was lovely. Had to tell them about 20% off food and drink for bring a silver member. They refused to honour it on drinks and only allowed 20% off on one meal

We stayed in a double twin suite and the bed was the hardest thing i have ever slept on. I have slept on softer concrete. Due to this we only stayed 1 night. Everything else about this resort was Exellent, friendly staff great service... Excellent in all other aspects. Beds were just horrible.

The facility is very excellent. Three large sliders in the swimming pool together with huge kid and teen clubs for family. Wifi is excellent, and staff also allow us to check-in late until 2:15 pm (we bought Kayak tour ticket in the moring).

We spent 6 day over here with 2 children under 5. Overall the facilites and accessibility to everything was good. But the service and understanding was really annoying. The receptionists dont try to help you, they behave reserved. You dont have anything as room service before 11 am and after 10.30 pm. You cant even access the microwave to heat some milk if you ave infants. And the swimming pool areas are not smoke free.

Poor maintenance of the guestroom, air conditioned kept on tripping and was not working well, water shower not working well including the fan in the room. Staffs very unfriendly and rude especially at reception counters. Drinks and food very expensive. Only good thing, kids pool slide was superb and kids enjoyed it. Property need to buck up on their services and maintenance of the rooms.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were impressed on how it looked. We checked in at the desk and filled in the relevant paperwork and noticed we had been up graded to a swim up pool access and noted the room number. We were travelling with friends and they weren’t upgraded but wasn’t worried. Porter took our bags and he was told our room numbers. We had not been up graded and we had a normal Room. Spoke to the lady who booked us in , who explained they changed their mind about the up grade and gave us the room that we originally booked. Cleanish - blood stain on the bathroom floor and lots of splattered dead mozzies on the walls and bathroom doors. Tv wasn’t working properly, very intermittent. Only the island pool bar was open and not the other pool bar.

We loved the hotel design, especially the pool & the breakfast teras which has to view sides towards the see and the hotel pool. The hotel located excellent direct at the beach. The busy city is on the left, a nice life music bar with see view on the beach just opposite at the entrance and the nigth market are all on walking distance. The hotel has a great garden which is very well maintained to summarise,,, we were,very happy with location and the service in general!

Beautiful grounds surrounding two large well managed swimming pools. The room we had was roomy with a high ceiling. Sadly it wasn’t very clean, the bathroom smelt of sewage and there was an obvious lack of care from the cleaner. We did mention that we had not been left hand towels and toiletries, which were delivered immediately. However the cleaner took umbrage and then gave us dirty and used products for the rest of our stay. We put them straight in the bin. We felt that making a further complaint would be detrimental to our stay. We were supposed to have a room with a sea view. It was a glimpse of sea so definitely not what we had thought we would get. The bar staff were friendly and we enjoyed some cocktails by the pool. Sadly there were people reserving the sun beds from 7am which was really annoying and we mentioned this to the staff but they were not interested in resolving the issue at any point. As there are not enough sun beds for everyone, it becomes a big issue if you would like some comfort by the pool. Close to the night market, which is very handy for food and a bit of entertainment.
