Communication with terrible. The floors weren't clean, the toilet seat was wobbly, tub didn't drain and towel bar was broken. Our key fobs didn't work so we couldn't access other areas and needed the code to enter each time. The garbage disposal didn't work and the sink and dishwasher smelled. The only laundry detergent provided was a small box of powdered All. The dryer look a very long time to dry clothes. Our tv remote was broken, a replacement was delivered the day before check-out. There was no option for early check-out and a fee for late check-out. And while have place settings all arranged, you're literally limited to only 4 cups, mismatched spoons, dull knives and pots and pans. Super basic with no seasonings, cutting boards, etc. It's not really a kitchen meant to cook in. Instead of booking through Hotels.com, save yourself and stay at Cambria Suites or book through AirnBNB.

HORRIBLE!!!

Excessive number of large seized pets create certain uncomfortability.

It's like staying in your own home/apartment. It's a beautiful building with great amenities, nice people who live here with their kids and dogs, etc. So much more spacious, clean, comfortable than a hotel.

Overall the property is okay. But furniture quality was very poor. The bed was not very sturdy and the sofa was very small and adult could barely fit on it. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. They gave us a moldy shower curtain liner and there was no where to put your soap or shampoo in the shower. The bathroom only had one towel hanger. However the appliances were good. The location is good because it is close to the train and malls. There was no customer service onsite and when I asked for an extra blanket I had to wait for the next day to get it.

This property was perfect for my family..The views was breathtaking. Clean apartment! I loved that there was a wash n dryer..I have a 7 month old baby so it was perfect..The apartment came with pots and pans, cups plates for cooking on the days we stayed in…I can’t wait to stay again soon! Just fabulous!!

Property was clean and spacious. You should consider having thicker blanket for sofa bed as the only sheets available were thin bedsheets. Using the underground parking was time consuming especially if you needed to come in and out of the building during the day.

Was not notifed of paid parking until after arriving. Address on expedia and google maps does not match buildings physical address. Listing was unclear that the space was a rent by the day apartment not a hotel. Keyless entry did not work upon arrival, it took two calls(and about 45 minutes standing in the halway with luggage) to remedy keyless entry issues. Wifi did not work while there. Ultimately the little savings to book this place over the next cheapest hotel in the area was off set by the need to pay for the valet parking each night.

Low par, will never be returning. The room was ok, bed was small and uncomfortable. Everything else was the problem. For as expensive as it was there was no need for it to be this bad. First off, upon arrival we get to the lobby where we were told we’d pick up our fob for amenities and building access after 10PM, as the itinerary said the desk is unmanned after that time. When we arrive there is no one at the desk and this constant overwhelming smell of cheap cologne. We’re looking around and finally see there’s a woman there more concerned with watching her tablet then attending to the desk. Finally some man came out and you couldn’t tell him or anyone worked there, there is no uniform just wear whatever with a name tag. The desk staff seemed bothered that we were standing there looking to check in. When I told him we were there to check in he said “ok?” And sat there confused. I told him I needed a fob and he said “yea I don’t have one for you I can look for one though” to which I responded “how am I supposed to access any amenities or get in the building after 10pm?” He told me “we usually just prop the door open at night with a brick or cone” absolutely no security. The building and all elevators were filthy and REAKED OF WEED everywhere you went. Stairways, hallways, out front, everything smelled like marijuana. When we were leaving, there was one guy at the front desk passed out watching anime, snoring head down on the desk. Dirty, unprofessional, ghetto, trashy place.
