Great price, clean and perfect for what we needed.

Such confusion by front desk staff, took 3 room changes to finally get us situated for the night. Then seeing the disrepair of the room and no coffee maker while the other 2 rooms had one

Clean and safe space. Reception was perturbed when we said we had pets for the two rooms we booked as we are moving across the country. Doors buzz when they aren’t closed properly or if left open too long— made it noisy in the morning as people came and went.

Its about 20mins off the trans Canada hwy 1, in a small town called Steinbach. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean. Great place to rest with many food options across the street.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the Smitty’s coffee and home baking at breakfast. More kinds of tea would have been great!

Enjoyed the plaza access, both across the road and beside the motel. The girl who checked us in was super sweet and interrupted her dinner to answer a request we made. We would recommend this off highway spot

I am not very mobile so starting at the flat parking and continuing into t he motel was much easier thzn most places. Then i requested a room as close to the front as possible so no extra walking was needed. Much appreciated!

Outlets didn’t work. AC unit wouldn’t stay on. Toilet struggled to flush. Breakfast was super basic (cereal, muffins, frozen waffles). Walls are also pretty thin.

Good clean hotel, close to amenities. Nothing fancy but I'd stay here again.

Great service and convenient with my pet.

In the description and on the name of the hotel it says motel. Motel suggests the building is one level with a door on the exterior of the room to the outside with the convenience of driving one’s vehicle to the door for ease of loading and unloading luggage from the car to the room and back again. This motel was not that. It had a maze of internal hallways to get to the room from the inside with no outdoor access from the room we stayed in. The room itself was clean but needs desperately needs updating. The beds were very uncomfortable. The motel only had ONE accessible room in the whole place. I needed an accessible and pet friendly and only got pet friendly. The toilet was super low and if my daughter had not been travelling with me, I still be sitting there trying to get to my feet. Not cool!!!! The breakfast was a disappointment. The only warm thing was the coffee.

Excellent customer service

It is cheaper than other hotel in the area. Somewhat noisy (loud voices) when there are guests checking in late night. The room is clean, but could you a bigger pillow.

Service & staff were excellent and check-in was smooth.

This place felt very welcoming when we opened the door. The room was very nice, clean and respectful in size. A nice breakfast on real plates. Very friendly staff. My wife mentioned it to me several times. I agree.
