The hotel itself is lovely the room was gorgeous and the food that we ate really nice. The issue we had was people up all night outside making lots of noise and in the swimming pool all night this went on from 1am until 3am shouting and screaming.

Impeccable service and amenities

Basically the lovely decor covers up for how awful the food, drinks & service was. If you like to drink beer or wine, out of a small plastic water cup then this is your place. Staff at the pool bar couldn’t crack a smile, probably due to the amount of drinks people kept asking for (always a queue).
Food at the hotel was questionable, order from an app on your phone, with no timing of when food was coming out or what state the food was going to be in was like playing Russian roulette. Though must say the pizza was great but this was cooked fresh unlike the other options. No options for a nice steak or even fresh seafood. Breakfast let’s just say if you want tinned fruit, this will be right up your street. Also cooked breakfast, it was just about edible and fruit juices watered down just to cut corners. Anyway luckily we only stayed one night thank god. Good luck if you’ve booked this hotel because the room was nice and the bed was comfy.

Four night stay at all inclusive. Hotel was newly renovated and very clean. Could have had more evening entertainment and ability to try both carte restaurants would have been preferable instead on restricting to one. Understand if only in hotel 2 nights but for 4 or more should have larger options. Pool areas both lovely and no issues on sunbeds as long as not precious on same location.

Booking the meals through an app was brilliant. Great variety and quality of food.

Hotel is beautiful and clean, very relaxed atmosphere and the food spread is good.

We had a room with a private pool. Bad things first - room 502 - the pumping /mechanics of the pools are around rooms 501, 502 and 503, therefore from early morning to midnight if you are in your room or bathroom it sounds like a very loud extractor fan is going off constantly. Also these rooms are on the path to the quiet pool and grill bar, so there is foot traffic going past the end of your so called private pool area (bit like being in a goldfish bowl as everyone stops to look at the pool and some even take pictures irrespective of you lying on your lounger or swimming in your pool). There are other swim up rooms that are accessed from the hotel and are only overlooked by the top swimming pool and are away from the noisy pool pumps/mechanics.
Good things - There are 2 big pools, 1 with a DJ and 1 that is more relaxing. Breakfast is served to 11am and is buffet style. Lunch is 12.30 to 7pm dinner to 10.30 and you order via an app, all the meals are small portions but you can order as many as you want from each section, so a main dish with a pasta dish and a salad or international dish or a pizza or everything. The food is all fresh not sat under warmers. The food was really good, the staff in the main restaurant are lovely and friendly. There are 2 a la carte outdoor restaurants and the food and staff are lovely. The spa is lovely, Vicky is really helpful and friendly and Havileta and Hava give excellent massages. We would definitely go to a cooks club again

Very nice set up, very nice staff apart from bar man who was rude for no reason possibly annoyed with drunken old ladies. Generally nice place but food was poor, cooks club needs to find a better cook

Absolutely insane hotel! Easily the best I’ve ever been to. From the beginning to the end of our stay we could not fault it at all - the food and drinks were incredible, the cleanliness was unmatched. I’ve booked to go back already!

Very nice and clean rooms. Amenities are quite good as well. Unfortunately, the food (we went with the all inclusive) leaves a lot to be desired. Most of the food items we tried were quite bland.
