This is my second stay here and it was amazing as always! Great location, great costumers service and everything was just perfect, highly recommended ❤️

A wonderful stay in a good area of London. Easy to get food and the property is well secured. The owner was nice and easy to communicate with. Definitely a good choice for a family of 3 or 4.

Great location! Room was also clean and spacious

First off, this is a fun, great location. If you want to be in the middle of the action and have London at your finger tips, then this is your neighborhood.
We would not stay here again based on the below and we would not recommend.
The Bad:
1. It is very small. Not much bigger than a hotel room. The 1 bedroom with a double bed is TINY. There is basically nowhere to even open your suitcase. I saw reviews that said it was great for their family of four. I literally have no idea how this would be possible. Our family of three had suitcases in the hallway, on the kitchen table. There was hardly any where to move around.
2. The double bed was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Not much else to say.
3. The pullout sofa, as my daughter said, was the most uncomfortable pull out sofa she has ever slept on.
4. The shower in the bathroom was awful. Not sure if that type of shower is normal in London, but the pressure was horrible and the stall itself was tiny. There is literally no counter space or even an electric plug in the bathroom. My wife did her makeup and hair in the kitchen.
5. No A/C. Fortunately it was a cool 4 summer days in the London. Had it been hot, this would have been awful. All the windows open, but it is VERY loud at night.
The Good:
1. The WiFi worked well

Location of the property was excellent! Close to transport, plenty of excellent eating choices around, walking distance to many interesting place!
However, please note that it is just above a pub, along a street with many pubs.
Pubs opens till 12am, and party goes tends to hang out beyond closing. Pub staff clears the place (bottles clanging into the crates) for another half hour. By the time it quietens down is typically between 1am and 2am. Had to open the windows for air (no AC), which brings in the sound, we can practically listen in to the conversations happening at the street level.
Windows don’t have black out curtains. The louvers let in the morning light from 5am, because it’s summer.
Fortunately, I don’t need much sleep, so it’s okay. However, if you do need more than 3 to 4 hrs of sleep, do take my experience into consideration.

We was given another apartment 10-15 minutes away from where we originally booked. We was given this information in a looong email and there was nothing explaining that they had moved location.
The apartment was spacey, clean and nice. No air conditioning which will be an issue in the summertime when it gets really hot.
Hotels.com gave a voucher as compensation

This is a small modern place in the heart of soho so expect to need earplugs if you go to bed early. You are in the vibrant heart of London with every type of evening entertainment outside your window or below your bedroom.
The apartment is small but modern and comfortable with good kitchen including dishwasher and washer drier. You can walk to everywhere and both buses and tube are minutes away.
Downside is even for ten nights there is no cleaning or towel changes. You need to do your own laundry. The pillows in flat 1 are filthy and you only realise that when you do the laundry. They need to be replaced.
The shower is tiny and if you are on the larger side you may not fit in the door. The shower was broken when we arrived Saturday and as there is no weekend maintenance we had only cold water until Monday when they replaced the shower unit.
Nice little place overall but kind of limited service for more than a couple of days. Next time we will go fully serviced for a week or longer stay.

The apartment and location is excellent. It is located in central Soho close by to a lot of restaurants and tube. It is clean and just the right size for a family of 4. However one must be aware there’s pub/bar underneath the apartment where music is so loud and you can hear it loudly til the pub closed really late, especially weekends. It was no problem for us at the end as we are always too tired after walking around London

This place has everything you need for an extended stay. Facilities and location are great. The only caution is that there is a nightclub downstairs, which goes pretty hard (3am). My wife and i joined in, however i wouldn't recommend this property to my parents. We will look to stay here again in the future, the location is unbeatable

This place is very clean. Liked the location, lots of attractions are within walking distance. If you don't like noise at night this place is not for you. We were so tired at night noise didn't bother us. Couch fold out bed has very thin mattress, should have an extra fold out mattress for couch Overall enjoyed our stay at 7 Greek Street very much.

Lot of shops, near China Town and Covent Garden, best place to live in London

This apartment was in a great location! Close to public transport and near a lot of fun things to do. Inside is cozy, and had everything we needed! One thing to note is the clubs around it play music pretty loud at night, especially on the weekends, but it didn’t bother me, I like background noise. I’d definitely recommend it!

7 Greek St is a great location, fun area. The apartment is very modern and nice. Only negatives are if you are using the sofa bed, the mattress is thin, and a shelf in the bathroom would be nice. Positives: good kitchen, nice big windows, great ambience, very central.

Clean and modern, Great location, no elevator. Easy to get in a nd out of.

Super convenient location and a lovely space! It does get loud during the night, but nothing a pair of noise cancelling headphones can’t fix. It’s the perfect stay for those that want to be enjoying the nightlife in soho.

Flat was new and clean. Sent us door codes so arrival was easy. The noise from the street was horrendous. No air conditioning and couldn’t open windows for the noise. Restaurants were always booked and expensive so make sure to have reservations. Communication was poor, did not reply to my emails. Overall flat was fine but glad to leave we were exhausted from no sleep due to noise from street and heat. Owners need double pain windows and install air conditioning.

Great location! Place is clean and convenient. Appreciated the appliances (oven, washer, large fridge) and the numerous usb plugs in wall.. Bed is okay, wish it were more comfortable. Living room sofa-bed is hard. The noise can be an issue for some. The pub music is tolerable (often stops by midnight) but the people in the street are rowdy till 3am. Better to sleep with windows closed. Noise level is okay in bedroom due to the double window but very noisy in living room. I would still recommend staying there for location, security, cleanliness and general appreciation.

This flat was lovely! It had everything we needed. We stayed in flat 6 and it didn’t say that it had a washer/dryer so that was a lovely surprise. Centrally located to everywhere we wanted to visit. Less than a 5 min walk from Tottenham court Station. It’s in a VERY lively area so if you’re looking to stay around all the pubs clubs and restaurants you’re staying in the right place. It does get very loud at night and into the early hours of the morning but it wasn’t a big deal, I kinda liked hearing all the activity, it’s nothing a set of earplugs can’t fix. We LOVED the flat and will stay there again next time I come to London. Communication with the rental agency was also excellent, they responded to a question I had immediately. Thank you for such a great stay!

It is difficult to review this property because there are both pros and cons
On the "pros" - the unit is well appointed (with the exception of fans), clean and the location is close to everything - much of it within walking distance.
On the "cons" list:
- BE WARNED - the living room is so loud - day and night - and it is almost impossible to sleep (even with ear plugs in). I knew it would be busy (it's Soho!) but it was so much louder than I ever anticipated. I don't think - unless you're planning to party until after 3am each night - that anyone should consider sleeping in the living room (it's much quieter in the bedroom so good for a couple or 1 person)
- service was disappointing. We needed help to get into the safe and requested fans (the unit is VERY hot when it's warm out) and were assured it would be dealt with shortly (we asked Friday morning). We didn't get help for another 3 days. When I gave them this feedback I was told that I knew when booking that there wasn't a 24 hour team. So - be warned again - you may not get any help on the weekend.
