The neighbors around the apartment were trying to enforce quiet hours when it wasn’t the time. They were harassing my husband and I because we had the sliding door open and our one year old was laughing and playing in the living room but apparently they didn’t want to hear that at 7pm. Very unwelcoming!

Honestly I have no idea if the place was clean or well maintained. They gave me the wrong door code so I couldn’t get in. I waited for a reply but with a sick and disabled husband in tow I couldn’t wait long. I checked into another hotel a then an hour later they sent a new code. Too little too late.

The central location is ideal for walking and exploring GDL. The unit is unique, very chic, and secure. I love the indoor space as well as the private terrace! In fact, a year ago I stayed in the same building but in a different unit. The modern Bitloft building is somewhat out of place in this otherwise industrial neighborhood, but that adds to the lofty appeal. There were a few downsides, which is why I’m giving this listing a rating of only three stars out of five. Each bathroom had a half roll of used toilet paper and no extra rolls; additionally, there were no napkins or paper towels anywhere in the unit. I went out and purchased my own supplies, which are relatively inexpensive in GDL. Prior to arriving in GDL, I had spent five days in hot and humid PV (Puerto Vallarta), so I was ready to do my laundry (availability of W/D was one of the reasons I selected this unit); unfortunately, after I checked in, I found standing, murky water in the washing machine - oh no! When I notified the host, to their credit, they gave me the option to use laundry equipment in another unit in the building. Lastly, midway through my visit, I sent a message to the host asking for clean towels. I received neither a reply nor did I receive clean towels. Overall - decent experience.

We stayed 4 nights and they didn’t want to change our towels, we had to use the same ones. The lighting in the restrooms is lousy. The communication was by text only. we would ask for toilet paper and we had to text someone else so they could approve it. The place is nice. The service is not. To enter the building you have to download an app and go thru so many steps, for us it was complicated cause I’m not too savvy.
The sofa had stains and dirty.

The bldg is fairly new and spacious. Rates are not bad but unit needs updating. Sofa was stained; unit was dusty and had superficial cleaning.. Two of the three entry doors were without locks and could be accessed from the roof deck by anyone. Many narrow stairs. Neighbourhood felt unsafe.Daniela the property admin was awesome for communicating. I was in #407; unit below had rowdy occupants robbing me of sleep. Would not stay thereagain .

I stayed here for a few days attending a festival in the city. I would surely consider staying here again, However there were some aspects of my stay that were not optimal: the room included a terrace, whoever when I arrived there were cigarette butts still on the terrace and the floor tiles were broken, you could feel them moving when trying to walk on them, the terrace furniture was also dirty, kitchenware could also do with an update, finally the app you need to use to open the street door is always crashing and it may take up to 5 minutes for it to actually scan the code, it was really frustrating evetime I wanted to come back into the building.
On the good side, the apartment interior looks exactly like in the photo, the bed was comfortable and I was able to work from the place without much distraction. As I mentioned before if they were to improve those details I would definitely come back.

The properly was overall good in a great location, with a couple of things missing such as the TV was missing, had to call the person in charge and brought the Tv the next day, also toilet paper is very limited.

I did not get to stay there. They did not let me know until last minute that they needed me to pay through some other website (I had thought I had already made payment arrangements through Expedia). I tried 4 different credit cards and paypal and none were accepted by their website (and I know for a fact that all of them are full of credit and are working everywhere else I've been using them in the same timeframe). Since I was not able to pay, and had no more time to waste dealing with them, I had to find another place to stay.

Terrible communication with the administrators of this property. The phone number listed in expedia does not work, the TV never worked, and the internet went out. I tried communicating with the administrator "Max" but never replied back. To get into building you need an app with an access code, it was not working and took two hours for them to provide access. Expedia also tried calling them but as I had previously done, the number listed does not work. the place itself is ok, lots of flies, and I mean lots. Overall, I left a day earlier than booked as it was simply not enjoyable anymore. Flies, brokenTV, Internet out, and no where to ask for help, it has been a terrible place to stay.

Cool space and very walkable to centro. We were given the room door code prior to arrival but were not told we would need to download an app to access the front door of the building. Plane arrived late and we didn’t get to the property until 1am. Without knowing we needed a special app to access entry into the building, we could not get in. Sat outside for an hour trying to reach someone to figure out how to get in. Nobody from management is on site and they do not respond after hours. Finally another tenant staying on the property came downstairs to let us into the building and told us about the app that’s needed for the building’s front door. Once inside the building, Then we were able to access our room with the code we were provided. Did not get into our room until 2am because of this. Cool place but management needs to make sure every guest understands how to enter OR someone from management needs to be on site.
