Check-in info was sent well in advance, which helped organize some things. The host was available when we had questions and got back to us quickly. She even reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed, which was a great touch! The house was extremely clean, very well stocked, and had a visitors book with suggestions for things to do around the area. The rooms were well organized and decorated and had plenty of room for all of us to have privacy, when needed. The house was centrally located for all of our shopping needs. We will definitely keep this place in mind next time we visit the area.

My wife and I and a few other couples stayed here for a wedding we attended downtown. Communication with the owner was great. The place was spotless. Not sure who the cleaning crew is but they did an incredible job of preparing it for us. Great outdoor space with private deck. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

We are three former college roommates who rented this house for a few days for a reunion. The house was great - very clean and in wonderful shape. It is well outfitted with linens and kitchen items. The outdoor area is super cute and comfortable, including an area for eating outside. Good WiFi.
Check in was very easy. We got great info ahead of time and a follow-up text once we were there to see if we had any questions. We also got a text at the end of our stay with the check out time and (very reasonable) expectations prior to leaving. Nicole was great.
The location is good for downtown Lake Geneva - less than 5 minute drive or about a 20 minute walk. There are many conveniences nearby (gas, Starbucks, Aldi, food, Walmart, Home Depot).

Nice quiet backyard and deck. Well stocked kitchen and bath accessories. Very useful supplies for small children (Wagon, pack, and play, and bouncy chair)

Nicole created such a welcoming and beautiful home! It had everything we needed for a fun girls weekend away! Beds were super comfortable, house was very clean and the location was great! Would definitely stay here again!

Location is ideal — less than a mile walk from downtown Lake Geneva. We loved the 4 bedrooms, all with comfortable linens. Kitchen was well equipped and the owner was helpful and responsive.
The place is newly renovated but we did notice that the floors were soft and noise carried easily into the bedrooms (lots of house settling sounds in the basement rooms).
But overall, a great spot and just a short drive to Grand Geneva spa

The Lyons Den is a perfect retreat with a great location. The home is very clean, the kitchen is well stocked and the decor is elegant with a cozy feel. We loved the little extras, upon our arrival there were water bottles in the fridge and a snores kit, coffee pods and creamers. Nicole was quick to respond to my questions and was flexible with checkin and checkout times. We highly recommend the Lyons Den!

For starters, the place is newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of space, beds very comfy, fabulous shower, and great TV’s. The Host went above and beyond with so many details and amenities and even checked in to be sure we had what we needed! I must mention this amazing igloo on the property. What a fabulous treat to sit in a heated igloo, roasting marshmallows with snow falling. This whole place is not just another rental, it is an amazing experience! Thank you so much!

The property was great, host was responsive, check in was easy. The house was clean and well stocked with the basics. Kids especially loved the igloo in the backyard. The location is close to downtown Lake Geneva and the lake itself. Definitely recommend and hopefully will be back!

Place couldn't be any cuter!...and very clean! Nicole was so easy to communicate with and responded quickly.
Beds were so comfortable and outside heated dome was a highlight for us at night. We would definitely stay there again.

The home worked very well for our group ranging from ages 39-74. The location was perfect as we spent most of our time in downtown Lake Geneva. We enjoyed spending time out and about during the day and watching movies in the evening. It was a great space for a relaxing ladies weekend!

There were several things that I feel need to be addressed
No light at back door, top half of window in bathroom above the tub/shower had clear glass with no curtain, no place to sit in master bedroom, front door allowed clear view into the house at night when lights were on, no place to hang wet jackets when coming into house (rained 3 days), access door auto locks when closed

Our group enjoyed this clean, stylish house which was perfect for a weekend of shopping and dining in LG! The kitchen was stocked with all utensils, coffee, etc, and the backyard area had an adorably decorated deck and fire pit. From the street, this house is modest, but the interior is pleasantly surprising, and the backyard is very appealing!

When I was looking at locations, VRBO provides an approximate area. I felt confident that this would be ideal for our son’s wedding weekend and it was! The beautifully appointed home is set within minutes of the church and minutes to Grand Geneva.
The home is fully updated, beautifully decorated, perfectly furnished and absolutely impecable. We never got the chance to really use the outdoor space but the recently added back deck is amazing.
I had reached out to see if we could check in early and Nicole (owner) said it would be no problem and actually had it ready an hour earlier than what I had asked for. She was a wonderful host.
Highly recommend this beautiful home.

This house was perfect for our weekend stay as we were in town and needed a place with 4 bedrooms. Super clean, cute and the host thought of everything. There were a lot of thoughtful touches at the house that are always appreciated like fluffy bath towels, makeup towels, a few bottles of water to have on hand, extra blankets and more. The back yard deck was also adorable and a great place to hang out. Thank you!

Did a long sisters weekend in Lake Geneva. The house was clean and very comfortable. The back patio was a great place to start and end our day. Definitely a place I would return to.

The property was excellent. We loved the deck and used it a lot. Well stocked. Suitable for our group of 5-7 and plenty of comfy space.
Only downfall was that after the wedding of Friday, we were unable to get to the rental due to a swat call. Nothing anybody could do about it.

2 couples (4 adults)-old friends, gathered for a long weekend. The house is lovely! The outdoor space is amazing- spacious, inviting and large. The kitchen has everything one may need. Comfy beds! One ensuite bedroom, 3 additional bedrooms. The 2nd bathroom is small but nice, clean and great shower.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed your house. The house wasn't far from downtown... On a warmer day easily walkable. We loved the coffee bar and appreciated it being fully stocked. The decor was very cute and the house was very clean. We would definitely stay again!

The house was perfect and so comfortable! It had everything we could need for our weekend away. Location was close to everything letting us enjoy a day skiing and a day walking around exploring the city. Highly recommended!

This house is probably one of the most well appointed rental homes I have ever stayed at. We wanted for nothing and were super comfortable. Everything is super clean and the house is so close to shopping and restaurants. We were also able to easily find an Uber. This stay was an A+ experience. We will be back!

Can't say enough good things about this house - it is so beautifully decorated and very clean. We had a great girls weekend here. Had a slight issue with the oven (nothing the owner could have known about/prevented) and owner was very responsive and even offered to have pizza delivered to us. Highly recommend and hoping to come back next year.
