House was well equipped with everything for our one night stay. The welcome basket was a nice surprise. House was clean, comfortable and cute. Plenty of restaurants and stores close by.

This was our second time staying here. We come down to ride at windrock. The house is about a 10 min drive to windrock park. We all agree we get a good nights rest in the beds and like that there are 3 bathrooms.This is a great place to stay when coming down to ride.

We were looking for a place with convenient access to the Melton Lake Rowing Venue for our kids' spring training trip and this house was perfect. The basket of snacks and other touches made us feel welcome and comfortable. The host even provided a large pot since we were prepping some of the food for the team. We would definitely recommend to others visiting Oak Ridge.

This home is absolutely adorable, exceptionally clean and priced with plenty of room, game’s and information about the area and convenience! The owners quick to answer questions and get back with you. Entering property was quick and easy. We would definitely use this property again. December 2023

We stayed here while visiting family over the holiday and really enjoyed it. We wish we would have had time to use the firepit but it had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood is quiet but it's still extremely close to restaurants, shops, and more in Oak Ridge. Thank you for the lovely stay JP!

The home was very clean, welcoming and prepared for our arrival down to the welcoming basket, extra toothbrushes and q-tips. There was a welcome book that answered all our questions. Material for local attractions was available. This house was in a friendly neighborhood and easily accessible with a grocery store right around the corner. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends. VERY WELL SETUP!!!

This was the most well equipped house i have ever stayed in. The owners generously provided snacks. Spices, oil and amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed since we cooked a lot. The towels were very nice and absorbent. Things we didn't tske advantage of but we appreciated were the bathrobes and makings for smores. Highly recommend this rental.

The property was exactly as advertised. We had everything we needed except for a kettle in the kitchen. The welcome package was great. Thanks for a lovely stay in Oak Ridge.

What i was told it was very nice

My daughter, son-in-law, two young adult grandchildren and I were in town for my oldest grandson’s wedding. He had just returned an 8 month deployment on the USS Nimitz and this was our first time seeing him during that time. I wanted to find a house that afforded a comfortable space for us and provided a homey feel for him. This beautifully appointed home fit all of out needs and MANY more!! I honestly believe the kitchen was better equipped rhan MY kitchen at home. Because we were exceptionally busy with events surrounding the wedding, we didn’t have the opportunity to take advantage of the backyard fireit to make the host supplied s’mores!!! Next time! Extremely clean, comfortable beds, and lovely furniture! Highly recommend!! We WILL be returning to visit our new family members.

We had a short stay but enjoyed the nice layout of the house and nice location. It's in a nice neighborhood but short distance from restaurants, stores, etc. House was clean and well kept. A nice place to stay. The host was very helpful.

5 of us spent 3 nights in this house and it was perfect for our needs. It was very clean, had easy access to town and also to Lake Melton where we watched 3 days of rowing. JP was very easy to communicate with and was a thoughtful host. He left us a bottle of delicious wine and a basket full of snacks which we went through like locusts after returning from being outside all day. Lots of toiletries were provided if you forgot yours from home. Towels, sheets and beds were all nice. Big tv in living room was loaded with streaming services which we appreciated. There was a fire pit and chairs in the backyard but we never had time to use it. We would definitely stay here again.

JP goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The home was clean, kitchen and baths were well stocked, and beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. We also enjoyed the coffeemaker that has a drip side, for my husband, and a K-cup side for me. JP's communication was A+. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and close to town. Plenty of space and the host were very thoughtful leaving snacks, etc. …We will certainly come again.

We went riding at windrock. This house was just right. Our truck and trailer fit in driveway and the house was just a short drive to trailhead. Very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

We frequently visit Knoxville to see my brother and his family. This was a great place for us for our long weekend! The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved all the little touches the host added such as snacks, complementary toiletries in case you forgot something, and the charging cords in all the rooms. We will definitely check the availability for our future trips!

Everything was clean, and smelled very good. There was ample supplies, towels, pillows and linens. They really thought of everything with this house. We were so sad to leave today, but when we come back, we will definitely stay here. I highly recommend the house and the area. Everything is close by and you’re just a short drive to Knoxville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

3 of us stayed here for our mountain bike trip to Windrock. When we arrived, the house was nicely decorated with Christmas lights and there was also a Christmas tree inside! Inside was clean and stocked with some snacks! Fire pit out back with plenty of firewood stocked up. The sheets on the bed smelled fresh and clean. Bathrooms were stocked with anything that you may have forgotten and the hot water was plentiful. It was nice having three bedrooms and bathrooms for the 3 of us so we could have our own space. The living room was comfortable and had plenty of seating with some blankets to cover up with. There were plenty of restaurants nearby to grab a bite to eat. We'll definitely stay here again next time we head to Windrock.

Great property, close to the heart of Oak Ridge. The owner was very accommodating, and the house is a great space! Three full bathrooms! Would definitely recommend this house!

Brought the family down for a week vacation. The house was awesome! Very clean, everything need for a weeks long stay! Only complaint I had was the bed but jp did everything in his power to accommodate me! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Will definitely be back!

The home is in awesome shape - great kitchen, great room and outdoor space. We had adults stay here and had kids come in for lunch while at the regatta (they stayed at the hotel). This was so convenient and well equipped to serve lunch and have a cool place to hang out between races! Will definitely seek you all out if races are in Oak Ridge again.

Great house and great communication with the owner. House was fully stocked with everything expected and more.

The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Nice linens and plenty of little extras in the bathroom like toothbrush, q-tips, wipes, robe, razors, along with the shampoo and soaps. Also a nice complementary basket on the dining table with goodies, a bottle of wine, water and information booklet about the area. We loved being able to park in the carport. The kitchen had everything we needed. A good coffee maker with some Kcups too. All the cookwear was all brand new too! I did not do any real cooking but it is nice to have if you did want to prepare a meal. The downside is that this home looked like a one level home and it is a split level with 5 steps going up to the bedrooms. I wish that they would have listed it as split level.I realize this was not a handicap home but my husband is on a walker and can navigate most homes and hotels without a handicap accessible room, but the stairs were an issue but we got him up and down ok. The downstairs bathroom had handy handrails in the bathtub and pull down shower nozzle. I always travel with a shower chair so this was nice. Fans were in all the rooms but in one bedroom you couldn’t leave the fan on and the lights be off. The fan light could be turned off but the little entry light to the bedroom was on the same circuit and you couldn’t turn it off unless you turned off the fan. It was quite warm in the bedrooms, so you definitely needed the fan. We had to put the thermostat on 71 degrees just to keep the upstairs halfway comfortable, then it is really cool downstairs.((please note that there was a terrible heat wave going on) The neighborhood wasn’t too bad . The house on one side was fine, but the house on the other side was trashy looking and all kinds of junk in their yard. I wouldn’t want to sit out on the patio and look at that. They need a privacy fence to hide that junk. But I did not feel like I was in an unsafe area. The house was close to lots of things, Walmart, Freddie’s, Dick’s sporting Good , TJ Max. I would stay there again! Again, we did like having the carport as it did rain the morning we were leaving so it was great to be able to load the car without getting wet! We had a great time!
