Ceiling fans and hardwood floors continue to the sleeping quarters, comprised of a primary suite with a king bed, a secondary queen bedroom, and a third retreat with a full bed alongside twin bunk beds. A sofa sleeper in the sunroom means this dog-friendly gem can sleep ten guests. As added perks, you'll have an attached 2-car garage with additional parking for three cars, Wi-Fi, all the essentials for a day at the nearby beaches, plus you're close to iconic restaurants and shops. Come enjoy the holiday getaway you've always wanted!
Please note that the pool at this rental home is not equipped with heating facilities.

San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and Airbnb.
4-Night Minimum
A $300.00 cancellation fee will be added to the booking, if canceled before final payment is made 60 days prior to arrival. After final payment is made, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
Pet Friendly properties have a maximum of two dogs per property (sorry, no cats!). There is a fee for each pet($225+tax). Please alert us if you intend to bring your pets.
If you are interested in booking this home for more than 30 nights, please call our office to discuss further. We would love to host you! There is a minimum $1000 refundable security deposit on all mid- and long-term stays. We look forward to discussing this further with you!
