Naja...

Lage, Blick auf Limmat, Badezimmer

Spa befindet sich ausser Haus, dies ist bei der Beschreibung nicht klar! Das Bett war eine katastrophe, wir hatten beide Rückenschmerzen danach, es war viel viel zu weich. Frühstück ist auf keinen Fall 4 Sterne wert, kaum Auswahl, alles eng und unübersichtlich zusammengedrückt.

Gelungener Aufenthalt

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Hat sich die Zeit genommen und hat mich zum Parkplatz begleitet, da der Weg zum Parkhaus etwas kompliziert ist. Gute Erklärung der Angebote welche im Hotel genutzt werden können.

Frühstück eher Mittelmässig Lage Gut

Bett ohne verstellbares Kopfteil. Einrichtung aufs mini kein Kleiderschrank, kein Sofa, keine wohl fühl Einrichtung. Die Therme nicht im Haus. für mich ein Flop.

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen und geniessen

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Superior Doppelzimmer mit Balkon und Flussblick war wunderschön und entsprach völlig unserem Geschmack. Das Spa durften wir auch noch am Abreisetag benutzen. Das italienische Partnerrestaurant Pepe Nero ist der Hammer. Das Essen und die Gastfreundschaft sind besonders hevorzuheben. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!

Kritik auf hohen Niveau: die Matraze war zu wackelig, da Federkernmatraze. Es schauckelt wenn die Person nebenan sich im Bett bewegt.

I enjoyed my stay a lot, just what l needed.

Apparently, there is a city tax fee, set by the government, As a guest l had to pay this after my stay, it an unexpected cost a bit more information about how to use the spa wellness would have been helpful, maybe a flyer? that explains in detail how to maximize the use of the spa. Best recommendations e.g. Which routine to start with, benefits, etc. Not necessarily instructing people. However, l believe, suggestions and recommendations about how to best use it are good No Access to reception staff (more availability, eg after normal working hours)

Best place for birthday party - deluxe Suite - romantic, wild, sexy, modern!

It was the best place for birthday party. We booked deluxe suit with tube, oh my godness that’s really incredible room - it’s more like an whole flat. Big, modern, cool. You have your own stereo - bosse loudspeakers all over the room. You can connect to your iPhone. Big windows, the place is like from best instagram photospot.

The towels was not soft.

The breakfast could be replenished more often especially especially if u arrive at a leisurely or later time, as u tend to when on holiday! the cooked ingredients ie: the eggs & bacon ran out or were too dry & the bread basket was minimal!
