You'll be treated to breathtaking lake views and spectacular sunsets from the exclusive terrace, the back porch, and throughout the main living area. With an expansive yard and a lakeside location featuring a large pool, your family can relish outdoor fun to the fullest. Even on rainy days, you'll find satisfaction with two saunas, table games, and a movie projector.

This villa is just a few minutes away from Saint Joseph, MI, a charming town offering a variety of kid-friendly activities, restaurants, and shops. Must-visit attractions include Silver Beach Park, with its playful fountains, beach carousel, and playgrounds. Don't forget to indulge in delectable treats at the beloved Chocolate Café.

The renowned St. Joseph Pier lighthouse is the perfect spot for capturing stunning sunsets, and on weekends, local farmers gather for fresh market sales.

Well-maintained stairs (approximately 150) lead down to the private beach, where you and your guests can relax and relish the beauty of Pure Michigan.

A note for 2024 bookings: We accept 7-night stay bookings from June 1st, with check-in and check-out on Saturdays.

Large, modern, clean house with a great yard/pool + direct private beach access and stunning view view to watch the sunset with a cocktail or watch kids in the pool with lake michigan in the background. Well stocked house for things you need (cups, plates, bowls, silverware, appliances, utensils, bedding, pillows, robes, towels, ample indoor/outdoor comfortable furniture, etc... we never lacked anything we needed). Host was communicative and easy to work with. Really enjoyed the sauna (mostly adults) and pool (mostly kids). Only downsides of the trip were outside of host's control -- there was a bacterial issue in the lake and the County government closed all the beaches for e-coli risk for most of our stay -- a bunch of kids at a beach house and can't go in the water was a bummer. Also, St. Josephs is okay, but some of the surrounding areas are not as nice or tourist friendly. We would stay here again for the host, house, and amenities (beach, pool, sauna, view, etc), but were not in love with the destination... however that could be just our personal preferences. Stay with confidence if this is your preferred vacation destination.

The house and amenities are great. My group of 10 were very comfortable and enjoyed the MANY amenities the house includes - 3 washer/dryers, 3 refrigerators, projection TV, workout equipment and much more. I give 5 stars to the house and location. Contact with the property manager/owner was also good, as we had a couple items to ask about. The only disappointing feature was the outside. The pool was not properly prepped for use. The water was cloudy, there was dirt in the bottom, and wasn't well heated. Turns out there wasn't enough water in the pool to properly clean and heat the water. A service tech visit corrected that but later in our stay. The high end grill did not work well until we cleaned some of the burners. Finally, the landing overlooking the lake needs better trimming and clean up, and is not as it appears as in the picture.

Wonderful recently updated home with a spectacular view of lake Michigan. The swimming pool was a great hit! There are no tvs but we did not miss much as there was plenty of other things to do. Very responsive owner!

Our family came from Colorado, New Hampshire and Michigan to meet in our home town and this home was beyond perfect for all 15 of us. We hired a photographer to capture some memories for us and even had a family “Olympic” day. The pool, private beach, large yard and large enough house to spread out provided something for everyone. The sauna and steam room were a bonus! Not having televisions in bedrooms or the main living area was a huge hit too! Who knew family time meant not staring at a screen!? The home was spotless with comfortable beds and plenty of linens and beach towels. The chefs in the family enjoyed taking turns making meals in the well planned kitchen. We wanted for nothing during our weeklong stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home for a magical family vacation . We will be back!

This house was the perfect getaway for our family! The interior is beautiful - with plenty of very comfortable beds. But the deck, pool, and private beach access are all amazing - a great way to spend a summer trip.

The property was perfect for our mixed age group (6-50+). The view from the back deck over the lake was our favorite. The beach was nice and wide (not a guarantee these days in Lake MI) and the steps were not too bad. There were plenty of towels, chairs, umbrellas, floats for the beach & pool. The owner was very easy to reach with questions/concerns and was quick to respond. Only suggestion we have would be to have some fans available as the 2 main floor bedrooms did not have great air circulation when the door was closed (I think the AC returns were not in the bedrooms), making sleeping a bit stuffy. Definitely would return!

Large and comfortable home with many amenities. Great pool and yard with multiple decks and private beach. Owner was attentive and responsive before and during our stay. Great location in quiet area but minutes from Saint Joseph. The sunsets are glorious!

This property was an amazing place for our family vacation. The pool was a hit with the children and the beach access and lovely private beach was a true pleasure. We so enjoyed ourselves and would definitely consider returning. The owner was accessible by email and text and answered all our questions. Her main concern was for us to have a good week. Great place for a great vacation!

My husband and I rented this property to host some of our friends during our wedding weekend in St. Joe and it was perfect. There was enough room for all of us to comfortably hangout and relax during our time together. I know we were the first stay of the season so my only complaint is the cleanliness of the outdoor amenities. Otherwise, we have no complaints and would book again in the future. Thank you for having us!

We felt so fortunate to rent this home. The house itself is beautiful and clearly a lot of thought went into design, layout, and amenities. We particularly enjoyed the pool (with cover), beautiful setting overlooking the lake, wonderful beach, ample accommodations, and provision of many supplies (from beach chairs and pool toys to sunscreen and disinfectant). The sauna and steam rooms were very relaxing. Although the projection / theatre setup was impressive, we were fortunate with the weather so didn't use it as much as we might otherwise. The gas grill (with plumbed line) by the pool is also a very nice touch. The host / manager were very responsive and helpful. Worth knowing that there are quite a few steps down to the beach in case members of your party are less physically able but there's also access very near by through the Rocky Gap park./ beach which has parking and is a short walk from the home along the beach. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it!

This trip was the first time are used Verbo for booking. My family and I were hesitant since we had never use the service for vacationing. I cannot say how pleasantly surprised we were. The house was absolutely gorgeous and super clean. There was so much space for everyone in our group to sleep in a bed. The views of the lake were absolutely spectacular. Home is five minutes away from downtown Saint Joe Michigan and a very short ride to Benton Harbor. My family and I will definitely be booking this rental property again next year
