Magnifique séjour

Très bel établissement, bien entretenu et joliment décoré. Chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Une piscine de rêve, très propre. Un spa agréable. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux, variés et excellents. Le personnel est très souriant. La formule déjeuner est vraiment sympa et très abordable.

Il manque vraiment de transats et de parasols, seulement une trentaine de transats et une dizaine de parasols pour une cinquantaine de logements

Le confort et la déco des chambres.🤩 La proximité du centre ville La facilité de parking Piscine chauffée

L'attente de 50 minutes pour le 1er plat au restaurant , malgré notre réservation une semaine avant .Et mème pas un petit grignotage pour faire patienter . Serviettes en papier, plus de glace pour les sceaux à glaçons . Manque des vins en cave qui sont sur la carte . Dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing. Le plat était bon quand même.

L'endroit est superbe, mais la logistique et l'entretien doivent être sérieusement améliorés.

Emplacement calme, près du centre du village. Chambre calme et spacieuse. Bonne literie. Belle piscine. Peignoirs et serviettes de piscine à disposition Petit déjeuner bien mais pas extraordinaire pour le prix demandé. Restaurant style bistro , bonne cuisine , service agréable. Parking souterrain apprécié. TV avec de nombreuses chaines.

Chambre peu fonctionnelle (pas de bureau, pas de supports pour serviettes de toilette, douche peu maniable et pas de support pour savons , gels ou shampoing, moquette peu hygiénique). Propreté moyenne, en particulier la vaisselle pour le café/thé. Chambre prête à notre arrivée avec beaucoup de retard, un jour pas faite à 16h. Pas d'indication de douche avant d'entrer dans la piscine. Ces plaintes formulées à la directrice nous ont fait valoir un geste commercial.

Cet établissement ne mérite pas autant d’étoiles ! Très très décevant

Très jolie deco ,

Établissement ouvert depuis quelques mois seulement : chambre à peine propre , joints douches déjà noircis , robinetterie abîmée, rideau déchiré … Que dire du Réseau Wifi ? Quasiment inexistant ! Le personnel de salle ? … non seulement incompétent ( nous a soutenu que le proseco est du champagne!) , nous a servi du Sauternes alors qu’on demande du baume de Venise ! … Desagréable , aucune classe (jette le pain sur la table !!!!) bref …. Le restaurant n’a aucun intérêt !

The confort of the apartment and the tidiness. Excellent! The pool is amazing too !

The only negative side are : The breakfast not good qualify with limited offer and not fresh products. Cannes fruits salades and not vegetables and the operation hours are too tight when you are on vacation 10 am is too early and they clean everything at 10 sharp so no chance to grab anything. The pool sunbeds are kept busy by people who aren’t in the pool so not enough sunbeds and half of them empty but you can’t usée them cause people put their towels and go for hours onwards. The policy should be stricter on this. The check out if you stay after 11am they will charge you late check out I think it is a bit stiff to be so strict.

Villa Castellane was a perfect location for us to visit the Gorges du Verdon. We had the apartment with a pool view which was fantastic. We loved having the kitchen where we could cook our meals and enjoyed the direct access to the pool. The front desk was also very helpful and friendly and gave us great recommendations. We would not have found out about the Pearl of Verdon (there's a rental there that offers pedal boats with slides! Best way to visit the Gorges if you ask me) without their help. The villa was also very near the village center which has awesome bakeries. 10/10 would love to come back again.

Great design and facilities - just a few service tweaks needed!

The design and facilities are great - super clean, spacious room and very well located!

Check-in was delayed by an hour, always had fo get up for service and then never anyone at the bar, no iron.

We enjoyed the swimming pool

Location is good and we really liked the swimming pool. On-site restaurant was pricey, but the live music that was played the night we stayed really worth the extra cost (food was OK) The village was big enough to host a nice market on Thursday morning (maybe on other mornings as well). There are cafe's and bakeries within walking distance

We were surprised by the size of the unit. A huge living room, in addition to the bedroom. Felt like a vacation home, not like a hotel. The huge windows outlooked the neighboring houses Kitchen was poorly equipped for a vacation home. There was no coffee pods for the coffee machine (we had to request it a few times before we received a few)

Nice stay but missing something important like wifi and shower

The room is quite big with modern decorations. The pool is great and open until 11:00pm which is good. Staffs are very nice.

I got problem during my whole stay with the wifi, because internet connection is sometimes dead or very slow even the wifi signal is very strong. But the staff at the receipt seems not well understanding what I am talking about. And it could be a mistake that housekeeper put hand washer as shampoo in the bath booth. and no cotton sticks, the shower has very water pressure, the basin is beautifully designed but not practical to use at all.

Nice stay but restaurant staff will not accommodate you. They seems pissed off if you come in 30m

Restaurant staff was not accommodating. After some long trips to tour France we got back to hotel 9pm or so. Missed dinner time 9:36pm staff said to come next time before 9:30. Next day after Nimes we got back 9:10 definitely going to try the restaurant this time! Got a table for 4 manager came out pointing to front staff and wasn’t too happy. Got our menu with an aggravated attitude so we decided to leave and go down the street for dinner two nights in a row at this nice welcoming place.

This property was beautiful! Spacious rooms, great deck, and pool area was lovely. Location was great!

My only complaint would be the gym hours. 10am-6pm opening hours just doesn’t seem realistic for a gym. We were out during the day and would have loved to have had a morning workout before.

Chic, beautiful and accommodating - I will definitely stay here again.

INCREDIBLE STAY! I loved every part. From the entry their gravel is so chic.. and the room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The pool and SPA… Wow. I had one of the best massages of my life from the girl from Toulon. I forget her name but she is a must to request her. They let me do a late check out since I got a 60 min massage and soooo appreciate it. The staff was so accommodating, chic, and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended!

- The hotel is brand new, very stylish and luxurious. - The room, shower and bed were huge and very comfortable. - The room was very clean and lovingly prepared every morning. - The bar and restaurant are very good. There was even relaxed, chilled out live music. - The pool looks cool, but unfortunately it was still a bit too cold to use it. - For the luxury you get there, the price was VERY reasonable. - We liked it so much that we didn't stay 1 night as planned, but extended to 3 nights.

- Only 1 member of staff (we met) could speak English, but fluently. The rest of the staff could speak little or no English. Nevertheless, one can expect from such a stylish upper class hotel that most of the staff can speak English.
