Built by an award-winning developer and previously known as Lockrum Villas, Beaches Edge East and West are two sleek and stylish, oceanfront 4+ bedroom/5.5 bath sister villas. Each of the chic, 7,000 square foot, contemporary single villas can be rented individually, or together as an exclusive, private retreat to accommodate larger parties. Both villas are fully air- conditioned and are just a short 2-minute walk down a path to a secluded stretch of sandy beach on beautiful Pelican Bay. These stylish island escapes provide a revitalizing, sensory experience of sun, sand and sea. Almost identical in layout, but with slight design nuances that make them still one-of-a-kind, the spacious modern homes use floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors to bring the stunning azure water views and lush gardens indoors. Combined, the villas can sleep over 20 people comfortably, and with double the amenities and over 14,000 square feet of beautiful indoor and outdoor space, are perfect for extended family gatherings, getaways with friends, birthday and anniversary celebrations, wedding parties and ceremonies, reunions and corporate retreats.
