This 2nd floor "get away" vacation home offers stunning oceanfront views and tropical breezes. This is one of the best beachfront spots in Kapa'a on private Waipouli Beach situated on the majestic Coconut Coast of Kaua'i. This studio has everything you'll need for a perfect Garden Isle vacation. Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub and Tiki Hut bar, discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance away. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, "Lava Lava" featuring live music nightly, great food and specialty cocktails.There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles!
Unit #249 is a 2nd floor, direct ocean front unit! It offers direct views of the Pacific and is in a great location in the complex. Wake up to the most beautiful sunrises/moonrises around along with the sounds of the pounding surf right outside your slider door. Not a bad place to sit back, relax on the lanai, and drink your morning coffee!
Enjoy the many unique features and amenities of Unit 249. You will delight in the ambiance of this tastefully decorated unit with its tropical touches, and that special feeling of island hospitality called aloha! Spend carefree days exploring the mystical and magical Island of Kaua'i. Dine at one of our recommended establishments or take in the fabulous lu'au at Kilohana Plantation, and every night you will return to the serenity of 249 and be lulled to sleep by the sound of the surf. You can enjoy poolside BBQs and a lovely lanai overlooking the water.
For your convenience, #249 includes: high efficiency Fujitsu A/C and ceiling fan; free WiFi with wireless router; flat screen mounted Smart TV; microwave; coffee maker; small fridge (there are two ice makers on property); all necessary kitchen utensils; all necessary linens (bath, kitchen, and beach towels); iron and ironing board; hot tub (shared) and pool (shared).
Please note there are no elevators on property. Free parking for our guests. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. It's beautifully situated on its own private Waipouli Beach. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point to them all.
Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
*Every Kauai Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Guest will be charged $25 if more than 2 garbage bags are left in the unit and extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.
*IMPORTANT: The standard number of allowed guests is 3. If you wish to add more guests to your trip, there is an extra person fee of $30 per guest beyond the standard allowed guests.
If you think there is a chance you will have to cancel your trip, please consider purchasing trip insurance from the company we recommend (Yonder Insurance) and mention Kauai Vision Rentals sent you. Providing meals for kids in Nepal and Burma. As Yonder grows more meals are provided to these remote places.
Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately-owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. General Excise and Transient Accommodation taxes are collected and transmitted to the State of Hawaii on all rentals.

Aloha, if your looking for a wonderful island experience than I highly recommend checking out this amazing location. The room overlooks the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Just steps away from a pristine sandy beach. Cool ocean breezes. Wake to crashing waves and gorgeous sunrises. Looking forward to heading back there someday soon. Until then, enjoy this peaceful serenity.

The small studio was even more crowded by a portable air conditioner in front of the sliding door with a makeshift board stuck in door for the vents. Loud and large. Nit mentioned in description. Too many emails with conflicting instructions. Request for early check in completely ignored.

Property was conveniently located near beach with access to multiple restaurants nearby. Great spot. Enjoyed ourselves thoroughly

The view is amazing, right on the ocean. The bed was very comfortable. It’s a great place to stay, will be back!

The place was in a fantastic location. Condo was clean the grounds were decorated with lots of plants. The rooms fan had a problem but they had air conditioning so it wasn't a problem to stay cool at night.
