i would come again it was a sweet spot and right near my mom

This location exceeds expectations for a comfortable enjoyable stay!

The location was exceptionally convenient for our purpose in NH that weekend, but it is also very convenient for local attractions in the area. Including local information in the binder was helpful. VERY comfortable, cozy, clean room, Full kitchen with everything but the groceries was great! Fantastic view! The public area, with three grills, was very nice.

Please put the directions for the TV clickers in the binder in the room. Please consider darker curtains for the front windows for guests who prefer darker rooms for sleeping. The key box was initially confusing; suggest reminding people at reservation that the key is inside and it's not an electronic door lock!

Would not recommend until the tub is cleaned up (replace caulking) and mattress replaced.

The lock box was not locked, but the keys were there and opened the door. I would have appreciated the outside light being on so I could see. Nice view, and outside landscaping Near location to the wedding I attended. Sheets were clean

Mattress was rock hard, as were the pillows.- I do not have a bad back and not that fussy, but this was awful Toilet was dirty-brown water and water rings-clearly bowl was not cleaned for this visit. Tub had black moldy caulking all around-this was really gross No shampoo, but 2 conditioners-different brands-minor, except I had run out of mine. Add a hairdryer-they are cheap and an expected convenience Bath towels in the closet in the bedroom area-had to search for them. -just minor inconvenience, but hang at lease one in the bathroom for ease. Fairly expensive for what it was.

We went the New Hampshire Motor speedway for the race.

We had stayed there is 2022 and the view Nd.location was absolutely perfect

The beds were really not comfortable

nothing the lake view that’s it

it was a mess, overgrown lines, pink water, no heat, awful bad spiders galore in the shower very uncomfortable only stayed one night out at two we left. That’s how bad it was.

Superb

Location was superb

Too many confusing e mails from Booking.com, King Birch and Vacasa. We were confused about who to reply to and in the case of Vacasa the replies bounced back and unable to access their app. On the day of arrival there was no one to meet and we had difficulty confirming we were late in arriving due to traffic delays. As it turned out we just needed to turn up. From our point of view we wanted one point of contact. Your questions raised were unclear and we were not sure what was ment.

Fabulous; can’t wait to stay again!

The unit reminded us of the bungalows from the movie Dirty Dancing. The view was amazing and everything was super clean. I wish we could give it a 9.75!

The only drawbacks were confusing instructions to get the door key and the mattress was extra firm. However, a neighbor helped us with the key, and we returned the favor with the next 4 cars that pulled in. I would happily stay again, but I would bring a softer mattress topper with us. The views of the foliage and the small town around the lake were quaint.

Easy to locate, nice view, reasonably priced. Availability 1 week in advance.

Outdated, had to physically plug in lights (no switch), light bulbs burnt out and not ample lighting, refrigerator not very cool and had large amount of ice build up in freezer. No real access to lake other than the dock which was taken by others. No area to fish or swim as mentioned on website

Would go back in a heartbeat!

This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay! The property is in a nice lake community and it even has its own dock where you can sit by the water and go in for a swim. There’s sparkling clear water and a lovely New England front. The rooms was old fashioned but clean and had everything we needed. We were so happy with this find!

Only complaint: the pullout sofa bed had linens to go on it but no pillowcases or blanket.

Very nice place once we found it.

Entry code did not work. Did not have the alternate code to get the room key. Called and was given the wrong code twice before the person got it right. Also back ground noise was so loud I had to tell the person on the phone to tell them to be quiet.
