Beautiful arts and crafts home in the heart of West Asheville. From the minute you walk in, you will notice the high-end and high quality finishes this home was built with. Featured in 2020 Parade of Homes, this home offers the best of privacy and proximity to everything Asheville has to offer. The main living area contains many custom features including an open floor plan, modern kitchen, hardwood floors, a spacious and private master suite with an en-suite Ulta Luxurious Master Bath, 2 additional bedrooms and full bathroom, laundry and access to a nice deck overlooking the back yard. The lower level has a family room, custom wet bar, poker table, an additional bedroom, full bath all with painted concrete floors, radiant floor heat. The lower level also has a fully stocked game room/arcade consisting of a pool table, ping pong table, Pac Man arcade, NBA Jam arcade and even a Peloton Bike! As you walk outside you will find the Brand-New Hot Tub on the lower deck overlooking the scenic yard. Pictures are very accurate, house is spacious and clean. A ton of room for everyone and the lower-floor poker table and garage is great. 15-minute Uber into town, close to a nice disc golf course and park. Couldn't be happier. Would stay again in Asheville.

Celebrated my birthday with some friends and we all felt right at home. The hot tub was roomy and very clean. The location was good (about an 8 minute Uber ride to downtown). Overall, this place was everything I could hope for.

Place was clean, and as advertised. Driveway was extremely steep and could pose a problem with cold weather conditions, which we did not experience. Overall, great experience and loved the house.

Beautiful, big house close to downtown Ashville. The hot tub took about 24 hours to heat up, so we could not use it on Thursday, which was disappointing. Otherwise, the house was exactly as described and fit our needs.

Amazing find!! Looks just as great as the photos! The layout is perfect for two families and the kids lived in the game room garage — even in the winter! The arcade games were the hit of the vacation for them! Beds are comfortable and the place had every amenity covered. We'll be back!

We had 6 adults and 5 kids and the space was perfect. The house was clean and close to downtown and all attractions. The kids loved playing in the huge backyard and rolling down the hills along with the hot tub.

We stayed here for my sister's bachelorette and this was the perfect space. I love how open the main living space is and there were plenty of places for us to all sleep comfortably. Love that all the linens and paper products were provided as it made it easier for all of us since we were traveling here by plane. The space was clean and the host was very responsive when we did reach out to them. Highly recommend!!

This property was a great location and the house came with everything we needed. We loved the outdoor fire pit and indoor fireplace. There was so much there to entertain the kids and the host was great. Just a couple notes, the neighbors were very unfriendly and complained about noise (a small speaker playing music by the fire in the middle of the afternoon), and the towels in the home had a lot of bleach stains and could have been a little newer.

We stayed here for my daughter's wedding and the property was perfect for our needs! We had 2 teenagers, 9 adults and a lab- the layout was ideal! The house is beautiful and well equipped! We all enjoyed the garage play/game area and the hot tub! Large fenced in backyard with beautiful fall foliage, a chef's kitchen and grill, 4 bedrooms and two living areas let our group spread out and made this house the perfect choice! Ten minutes to downtown. The driveway is steep but manageable and property managers were very responsive. Highly recommend!

This house was absolutely perfect for our large group. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and spacious. Plus, there are plenty of activities in the game room, hot tub, poker table, etc. It was perfect for my girls trip.
I definitely recommend renting a vehicle, but we were able to get an Uber from the house (and back) in a reasonable time.
The only slight recommendation I have is better towels & toilet paper, but other than that I had no complaints!

Such an amazing property! Conveniently located to downtown Asheville and yet secluded enough to relax, unplug and connect as a family. House was well stocked and had everything we would need. Hot Tub was great and the game room made for some fun competition. Hosts were readily available should we need anything and very accommodating. Would love to stay here again!

If you are traveling to Asheville with your dogs, this is the property for you. Large fully fenced back yard, even a medium sized dog door in the basement for access to the yard. The dogs were very happy frolicking in the grass and partial woods within the fenced area. The house is beautiful, and the kitchen well equipped if you want or need to cook as we did, and hot tub and campfire setup as well as amenities for gaming fun in the basement were superb. Location is very central and convenient, though the immediate neighborhood around the house is not good for walking (narrow curvy road), and a bit dodgy in some parts. Would definitely rent here again!

We loved our stay here! They seemed to have thought of everything to include and everything was well-stocked, especially for families. The house was beautiful, incredibly clean, and fit our needs perfectly. The managers were responsive to our needs and very friendly. It’s also in a great location to access many spots in and around Asheville easily.
One thing to note: the neighbors complained about the noise of our kids playing frisbee outside at 8 pm and had other signage posted that made us on high alert to their displeasure of us being there. It would be important to know this if you’re planning to bring children.

This home was a good home base for us attending a family wedding at the Crest Pavilion, which is a just a mile away. The home is new with a very nice kitchen, bathrooms, and other furnishings. It is close to downtown and other attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Biltmore estate. The house is in a quiet area, and met all of our needs for the week.

We stayed at this house for a weekend with some friends with small children. It was perfect, plenty of room. Fully stock kitchen, including children's plates, cups and silverware. And the best part was the garage turned game room. Ping-pong, pool, arcade games and a peloton. There were also yard toys such as corn-hole, spike bill and freebees. Also, this house had plenty of dishwasher pods, hand soap in the bathrooms and full-sized shampoo and conditioner. No "starter kits" here, fully stocked!
We did have one small issue upon arrival, the water had been turned off. However, a quick text to the customer service number resolved the issue within half an hour.
Would definite recommend and stay again.

The house was amazing! Exceeded expectations. Everything felt luxurious and high end finishes everywhere. The home was clean which is important for us to feel comfortable. Also, it is super close to downtown so we could easily go for dinner or order an Uber. We’ll likely be back and would certainly recommend for anyone looking to visit Asheville.
