The 5,200 sqf home is located less than a mile from the ocean beaches and Village of Amagansett. In fact, as the crow flies, the home is located just 950 yards from the Atlantic ocean beach, which means that you can very clearly hear waves on quieter nights.
Upon entering the home, you are welcomed with an open concept layout showcasing tremendous natural lighting throughout. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen features two dishwashers, high-end appliances such as a 48" Wolf range with a griddle and char broiler, two ovens, and a quiet commercial-grade exhaust system over the range, as well as a beautiful over-extended kitchen island. Just off the kitchen lies a bar area with a 300-bottle wine fridge and an ice maker along with a second sink.
Beyond its expansive living area and dining room with wet bar, the first floor features a primary suite and an additional en-suite guest bedroom. Flawlessly connected with a unique floating staircase, the second level is comprised of a second primary bedroom suite and two guest bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and the other with a private full bathroom across the hall. The lower level of the home features a 6th bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private workspace / study area with hardwired CAT6 ethernet for speed, a gym featuring a Peloton, a water rower, a Mirror, and free weights. Additionally, the lower level features an acoustically tuned theater with 6 electric recliner theater chairs and a 120" projection screen with a PS5. Stepping into the backyard, a brand new 45' x 18' gunite pool with a built-in spa/hot tub is positioned parallel to an oversized pergola with fans and infra-red heaters for hot days or cold nights, respectively. Adjacent to the pool and pergola sits a 200 sq. ft. pool house that features a half bathroom and an outdoor shower with hot water. A separate door on the outside of the pool house opens to a 5 person Finnish-style sauna with a glass door wall looking out into the forest behind the property. The massive 12' x 14' outdoor kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, sink, 48" propane grill connected to an underground 500-gallon propane tank, and a 22" Big Green Egg grill. Additionally, the brand new two-car garage features a Tesla / EV charger. With luxurious, modern updates throughout, this residence presents the opportunity to spend your summer in a peaceful and private setting, close to all the Hamptons has to offer.
The home also features a 9 zone Sonos sound system with a top of the line outdoor / pool area sound system designed by Sonance. For guests concerned about remote work and connectivity, the home offers commercial grade internet and Wi-Fi service with seven wireless access points covering the home, backyard and pool area.
The location of this home is one of the best locations in Amagansett in our opinion. The home is located in a way that maximizes privacy, while being so close to the beaches and village of Amagansett that you can walk, ride a bike or simply take a 2-3 minute drive.
