Cozy Clean House with Garden

Located in the heart of historic Bridgend, adjacent to the town's oldest house, this property was exceptional. The parking right across the street facilitated convenient handling of luggage. The house is walking distance from Town Centre so finding good food was easy. The house had all needed facilities and amenities. Nice little garden in the back.

Could not be better!!

Lovely property in a location that suited us well. Very quiet. House spotlessly clean. Perfect for an easy break with good access to all facilities in the area. Welcome pack on arrival plus milk!Brilliant!

Satnav did not like taking us to the property which is no reflection at all on the property! We kept getting back to a brick wall and could see the house but not get it!Technology is not always as perfect as this property is!!

I don’t want to give it a good review, because then everyone will book this little gem!

Beautiful house with such lovely touches to welcome you. Tastefully decorated, comfortable beds and everything you could need is there.

If I was being extraordinarily picky, I’d like big bath towels - but that is the only thing and being very picky (I will be booking again, and will just take my own bath towel!)

Great find.. thoroughly recommend.

The little touches and great communication. comfortable beds and quality of interior furnishings Welcome pack. decor and cleanliness.

De humidifier was noisy, but we weren't in all day so not an issue most of the time. Suited our needs perfectly. Car parking a nuisance with unlocking bollard each time. Was very cold first evening, but adjusted heating the following day.

Exceptional

We loved the size and the way the property was furnished. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Overall it’s an excellent home away from home. The beds were very comfortable (which isn’t often the case in Air BnB type places). The outside space a lovely place to relax in and the location for seeing lots of South Wales was perfect. We loved the breakfast basket provided upon arrival.

Brilliant property, clean and excellent facilities

Super location as we were in the area for a family wedding. The property was large and airy, had everything we needed and hosts were friendly and communicated with us throughout. Bonus having an allocated parking bay. Lovely welcome hamper of goodies left for us and was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend.

What an amazing holiday in a gorgeous town with so much within walking distance and comfortable clean and utterly delightful house

We had 1 minor technical problem and it was sorted so quickly that honestly I can write nothing for this.

Property as described on the website. House very clean, beds and lounge comfortable, kitchen well equipped, everything we needed for a weekend away. House on a narrow, quiet road within walking distance of town. Good value considering there were 6 of us staying.

We were very pleased with the property. A couple of small issues. There is only one small parking space, which was occupied when we returned one evening. A lockable parking post would have prevented this. Luckily we could park on the road. A proper 'welcome' pack would have been nice. Couldn't locate terrestrial channels on TV or instructions on how to find them. We would recommend this property and would stay again if in the area.

Happy House

Great place to stay very clean and well decorated with attention to detail, kitchen was well equipped with a lovely welcome hamper, great location train station and super market and town center close by.good to see a variety of games to play.

Very Nice Stay

Great place to spend some time with friends. Enough room, a great kitchen with a washing machine including dryer. The house is situated close to shops and the center of Bridgend. Comes with a private parking place!

Beautiful, comfy family house, close to lots of amenities and attractions.

Close to town and provides parking space. Easy access to main roads and M4 Lots of attractions and beaches within a short drive House was beautifully decorated and furnished. We were very comfortable for our short stay of 3 nights.

Slight smell of damp in some kitchen cupboards Not many Tv channel options The house is on a hill so may not be good for some travellers, but this was fine for us.

Incredible stay!!

Happy House was absolutely amazing! so comfortable and homely, Linda thought of so many small touches to make it a fab stay. She left us a gorgeous welcome basket in the fridge! Central location, 2 minutes from the town. Parking space across the road was brilliant. 30 mins from Swansea and 40 from Cardiff - we went on day trips to both. House was lovely and clean and beautifully furnished.

The only thing that could be improved in my opinion would be to add some coat hooks somewhere to hang things up. Apart from that it was perfect!
