Welcome to The Coast is Clear. This one level (no steps) vacation rental in quiet Stones Throw Villas is the perfect vacation spot for a romantic weekend getaway, golf vacation, or beach experience on the best S.C. beaches! Our newly renovated one bedroom villa with updated furnishings is an easy walk to the beautiful Folly Field Beach boardwalk on level paved walking / biking paths. Relax on the great beaches or rent a bike and explore our beautiful island. Accommodations include one king bed in the owners suite and a sofa sleeper in the living room area. Regime rules are 3 adults, or 3 adults and one children, or 2 adults and two children with maximum capacity of 4 people allowed. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances. Outdoor gas grill is available for your use or if you prefer charcoal grilling, there are grills located near the villa by the pool area which is steps away from the back patio. Our washer and dryer in the condo for use during your stay in the bathroom which contains a walk in shower. Bedroom and living room boast flat screen TVs with excellent WI-FI service available. Beach chairs, wagon, and pool toys are provided for your use. The pool is steps from the patio. Dog friendly. Pet fee is $150.00 for up to 2 dogs. No more than 2 dogs allowed. No cats or other animals are allowed per community restrictions. We are very hands on with making sure we can offer the best accommodations possible and to be available for questions or concerns. Local shops and delicious restaurants are all nearby. We look forward to sharing our lovely beach home with you.

The one bedroom villa is very clean, well maintained and had new appliances. The pool on the property was very relaxing and quiet. The location is close to the beach, restaurants, shopping and many walking trails. Pamela, are host was great. We really enjoyed are stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this villa. It was very clean and in the perfect location. You’re steps away from the pool and just a quick 5-min walk to the beach. Pamela was very easy to work with and very responsive. The villa was perfect for our little family. We brought our dog which was such a treat. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Wonderful property and hostess (Pamela). She was responsive, helpful, and answered all questions. We had never stayed at this community and loved it. Som the community was so cute, tucked away, and we had such a great experience! The condo was everything as described, and a perfect size for a family of 3. Walk to the beach was an easy crossing the road and not difficult at all. I walked With a broken foot in a boot and was super easy! Thank you for a wonderful week away!

Very clean and cozy retreat on the north (quieter residential) end of Hilton Head island. Cost value was exceptional, in that the condo is in a nice quiet little community about a 3 minute flat walk on sidewalk to the lovely beach, so it was very convenient but less expensive than a hotel right on the beach. We LOVED a one story bottom floor condo, and never heard the neighbors on either side or above. Short drives to good restaurants and grocery. Condo has two patios to lounge outside, one looking out on backyard and nice community pool, and the other a small fenced in patio for privacy, with an umbrella table. Gas grill on back patio. Modern kitchen utilities and style - small but laid out well for function. We liked the modern and wide shower with a "rain head". Modern W/D. A/C worked great. The owner Pamela is very responsive and thorough on questions and communications, gracious lady. We have all intentions to be back - as often as possible. Note to visitors: The Folly Field public beach there in summer has large umbrellas for daily rental, and they come each with 2 wood chaise lounges; beach staff assemble and put it all up and take down each day. First come - first rent, ~$35 per day. You can rent ahead for however many days you want. We loved leaving our beach tent and chairs at the condo and just taking beach bag and backpack cooler for all day beach fun and relaxation. Lisa and Greg (stayed 4 nights June 6 2024).

We very much enjoyed our stay. The villa was very clean and well appointed. An issue with the washing machine was quickly resolved by the owner by replacing it with a brand new machine (and the dryer as well). Also loved the location - quiet and close to the beach.

We had a great stay in this 1 bedroom condo close to the beach. We brought our dogs, and they had water bowls, dogs towels, and even a crate to accommodate them. It is such a close walk to the beach, and so comfortable for 2 people. Impressed by the quality of finishes and small touches—hooks everywhere to hang stuff to dry, travel sized things in the bathroom, coffee provided, etc. we stay here every year and love it!

We had the pleasure of staying in this unit for a week while in Hilton Head. The unit is impeccably decorated and has every comfort of home. The king bed is very comfortable which to us is important when being away from your bed at home. Everything was immaculate. All the needs for your home away from home are covered. I wanted to treat my mother to a vacation just the two of us, however we both have older chihuahuas, traveling a very long way. This was a perfect location. Pamela is the hostess of the mostest!! It was cozy and we felt right at home! It really is just a short walk to the beach! And literally the pool is just steps away. The pool is gated but one of the gates is in your back yard! One last thing we brought our fur babies and it is the perfect property to walk your dogs outside because you are on the first floor and the back yard is secluded. Oh Wait! One more thing a lot of the neighbors are owners and are more than nice. The one neighbor said, “ He would miss my pug. We visited Im quite often. Promise you will not be disappointed!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at The Coast is Clear. The condo is beautifully decorated and is stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Pamela even has a dog crate and towels for cleaning doggie paws! Thank you so much for letting us bring our little Beagle/Doxie! We walked to Folly Field beach (multiple times) every day and it's an easy 10 minutes or less. We also made a couple of trips to Fish Haul Beach just to walk around and take photos. We took Pamela's recommendation for Kenny B's and really enjoyed it. We cooked several nights and recommend Barnacle Bill's Seafood Market on Wm Hilton Pkwy for buying fresh fish and seafood. The condo is located at the north end of the island which is great for bike riding because you can find some long stretches of bike path that are not as busy as other areas. We headed north and took some side roads through the Mitchelville area to Fort Howell on Beach City Road. Pamela is an excellent host with great communication and we highly recommend her condo. We hope to be back one day!

We are repeat guests to Stones Throw and this was our first time at #60. Everything was in tip top condition and spotless. The decor was pleasing and the bed comfortable. The best part might be how well it is stocked. From sugar to coffee, laundry detergent etc. Along with ample kitchen supplies and extra beach towels. The owner thought of everything. We look forward to returning.

Pamela was phenomenal from the minute we booked our trip 6 months in advance. She answered every question very quickly and provided exceptional customer service throughout our entire stay. The place is clean. It has all of the kitchen items you need. It is very close to the pool and not a far walk to the beach.
