We always choose to stay here whenever we visit the city because of its location and hassle-free checkin/checkout process.
The parking space is limited so if there's no available space for your car, you need to give your keys to the guard. You just have to make sure not to leave any valuables inside your car for your own peace of mind. Unfortunately for us, my husband's prescription glasses went missing after naming maiwan sa loob ng car.

I love the set up of the condominium. Very modern and minimalist. Kitchewares are also complete with free coffee. My hubby likes it so much. Next time we visit baguio we will choose this accomodation again.
Maybe the parking space.

Almost everything we needed were available and working. Cookware, stove, fridge, heater, bidet, wifi, netflix, terrace, elevator, parking (although will sometimes take a while because you won’t have your own slot and will need to give your key to the guard in case they need to move the car to give way to others - i don’t consider as a total hassle since we managed our time well).
The property is also close to almost every tourist spot.
I wish they immediately said what to find in google maps or waze. The pin/location “Homey-1” is far and a different place from where we stayed. This confusion made us pass by roads we are not supposed to (steep)

The place was cozy and just enough for 2 people. Relaxing balcony space for coffee. You can save up by cooking inside. Location is also good for us. There are nearby stores and banks. Overall a great place to stay in Baguio 😊
Bathroom smells, saw 2 cockroaches inside the room, only 1 small frying pan can be used - the rest are rusty.

The owner is very accommodating and replies to my queries instantly. The unit has a homey vibe with fresh scent. They offer local brewed coffee which you will prepare yourself with the use of their french press. We loved our stay here and we will surely come back when we visite Baguio again.

It is very homey, relaxing and neat. Pet is allowed to be brought inside the unit. The host is very responsive to our inquiries, especially during our arrival. Comforts provided / available like 1gallon mineral water, strong wifi connection, smart tv with netflix and that we were able to cook our meals really made us get the value of our money.
We just have to be careful when sitting down on the couch because it slips/ rocks a little. Parking space is quite limited but nevertheless, the security guards are very helpful and courteous.

Host is very responsive in my queries. Host is very nice and allowed us to check in early and also allowed us to check out a bit late! What I like about this place is, it’s just a few minutes drive to the center of the city and the location is foggy and very cold!
Kitchen is complete you can cook anything except for chopping board they don’t have one but overall the place is so nice! Will definitely book here again!
Sadly, the unit is kinda dusty.

It's our second time booking this property. Thank you for providing extra foam for the sofa bed. It's more comfortable now than the first time we stayed. Well appreciated po.

Check-in was quick. The host and Ms. Ria were easy to reach out to. Even the guards were very helpful. The place is not in the city center but taxis are available just outside the complex.
The sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable. It would be nicer if there's an extra cushion on top of it.
