We stayed in this amazing home for a week with 19 of our family and friends. It was perfect for us. Everyone had their own space and enjoyed all the fun extras in this house. The game room and theater room were big hits for our family! We also loved the pool and lake. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this listing. The property owners were very kind and so easy to work with.

We stayed at this house in Florida with our family from the 20th to the 27th, and overall, we had a great experience. The house is spacious, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The managing company was responsive and provided plenty of supplies for our stay. Ordered a grill which arrived with a broken handle. Managing company offered to replace it Pros-Spacious and Comfortable Accommodation-house is very large, with plenty of space for everyone, and the beds are super comfortable and made it so hard to wake up. Responsive Management- The managing company was very helpful and responsive to our questions and concerns Fantastic Amenities-The water park and lazy river were a hit with the kids. Close to Nature-The kids loved seeing local wildlife such as alligators, lizards, and birds Well-Equipped Property- The property offers a range of amenities, including a game room and a theatre room. Guest List Requirement-All adult guests must be listed with the managing company in advance to ensure smooth entry and exit from the property. This made us feel very safe and secure. Approved Late Checkout-we had a late flight and they were able to accommodate a late checkout without additional fees and we very much appreciate their thoughtfulness *Cons- Game room was enjoyable but some of the games were not working properly. Theatre room- XBOX was not working Cell/WIFI-Phone service is not great, and the WiFi can be a bit weak if too many people are connected at once

Great stay, the house is amazing and a real treat for children. The location is fantastic, corner property with fantastic views over the lake. Decent privacy with only having one neighbour. The property management are fantastic, all aspects of the property are 5 stars. The only downside are the long wait times to enter the community. There is only one entrance and most evenings there is a que with Thurs, Fri and Saturday being the worst. Took me an hour and twenty minuites to get into the community grounds on a Saturday afternoon. (this is no fault of the property owners) My top tip, enter from the Shingle Creek/Pioneer Park, the wait times will be less from this side.

The property is well kept, with everything my family and I needed to enjoy ourselves. Great game and theater rooms. Ample space for a big family. Has plenty for everyone to enjoy, from toddlers to adults. Great location, end unit next to a lake, beautiful views(very serene), and short drive to shops and attractions. Check-in and out process was super easy. Hosts were communicative and accommodating. The place was great and we really enjoyed our stay!

I dare to say that this was our best vacation yet. Our three-year-old cried when it was time to leave and all of our other children said it was the best vacation ever. The house was clean, staff was friendly and the neighborhood was secure.

We have been staying in homes like this for 4 years now, and this was the first year it was just the four of us, my husband, 5 and 7 year old. We do this for our Christmas gift, sure, we didn’t need a 8 bedroom house , but who cares! You live once! This house was great! We LOVED the water in the back of the house, no neighbors behind! It was quiet. The rooms were great! We did have some issues with the movie theater speakers, quick response to fix, but continued to have issues connecting, i believe it was wifi related because we had some connection issues in our phones etc, didn’t hurt my feelings, but it don’t bother us. The kids loved the game room! Overall it was great!

This was the perfect space for recovery. My husband had surgery at Celebration and we wanted to create an ambiance where friends and families could come in and out as needed. It was just what the doctor ordered. A tranquil environment, surrounded by nature and plenty of family activities for family and friends. From movie night to shooting hoops there was no shortage of things to do.

It is a great location for a family vacation.. both my kids and their families (11 total) felt like we all had plenty of room to enjoy each other and not feel like we were on top of each other.. we loved it and would recommend it everyone.. the kids got ample time in the pool and hot tub

House is everything that you see in listing. About 20 munutes from Disney parks. We enjoyed our stay, plenty of room for everyone, we had 8 adults and 4 children., with plenty of room to spare. Will definitely stay here again.

I have never done an online review - ever - for anything - but after looking at literally hundreds of places to stay, we went with this place and it was truly remarkable! It couldn't have been better. Honestly - my first reaction was that the pictures didn't even do justice to the quality of this home. My children all thought the house was even better than the pictures! This is definitely a place we would like to stay again!

We had an amazing time! The property was extremely clean and inviting just as pictures showed and the host was prompt whenever we had a question. Our specific house was on the corner lot so we only had one neighbor to the side otherwise we were surrounded by water and nature—birds, fish and some gators across the way—that did not bother anyone (nor did we bother them!) and we LOVED it! Beds were comfortable, kitchen had plenty stocked for our large group and the adults definitely utilized the game room too for friendly comps. Pool was warm & clean. We’ve stayed in Story Lake before and loved the location to all things Disney and entertainment—we definitely plan to come back to this specific property, thank you for the great hospitality!

We loved staying at the property for our weeklong family trip to Disney. It was plenty of space and the kids LOVED the Star Wars room, movie room and pool. It only took us about 15 minutes to each Disney park and was close to Target and several grocery stores. Would stay there again!

Beautiful house with enough space. Amenities are great. We saw two alligators behind the house which was really neat. I’m sure that’s the norm in Florida but in PA we were in awe! They were little and never bothered to come near. They were across the pond. Very beautiful view! Thanks again!
