Close to entertainment, Mayo, and TPC - this is the perfect spot in Jax Bch!
We are a 5 bedroom, 4 bath single family home. We have a washer and dryer in the unit, full kitchen, dining room, and living room. There is a lovely comfortable outdoor patio dining grill so that you can eat, drink and relax while enjoying the beautiful Florida weather.
All bedrooms have memory foam mattresses, luxury linens, Roku TVs, and sound machines with usb connectors.
Bedroom #1 has a king bed with master ensuite (shower and soaking tub + double sinks), and walk-in closet.
Bedroom #2 has a King bed.
Bedroom #3 has a bunk beds with two full size beds.
***** For our insurance purposes, we must communicate that guests use bunk beds at their own risk
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal plus Keurig coffee machine that includes kcups, creamers and sugar.
The driveway will fit another 3 vehicles and there is a public parking area right across the street that is easy to find parking.
We make sure everything you need is provided to make it the best stay possible. Roku TV, quality towels & linens, and coffee & tea.

3rd floor:
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and master patio area.
4th floor:
Bedroom, bathroom, and entertainment/game room.
There is a separate 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment on the 1st level that can be rented together or separate with this space.
Off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles
This property is a 4-level house so you will need to walk up and down stairs.
Jets in tubs are not operational
The 4th floor bathroom is a tub only
