About this cottage rental

Built in 1939, our humble Cottage on Clover offers historic imperfections that are tales of the past within a mile walk to downtown. Two main bedrooms offer comforts of linens for 1 King Bed and 1 Queen.

The enclosed porch, directly off the living room, serves as an additional bedroom with a Twin Bed or living area during warmer climates. Guests can enjoy the yard, as well. A 20-min drive from Alpine Valley, The Cottage is a retreat all year.

The lower level has a pool table, too!

Guests, please use your own streaming services, but we offer Wi-Fi, Peacock and Samsung TV.

Cottage on Clover. Cozy. Comfortable.

Guests have access to the house via key code.

Other things to note:
Yard is semi-private, but not fenced in.
Guests have access to multiple streaming services to use with their services.
Cable is not offered.
The decades old porch is not heated, but is comfortable during the days with the living room door open during warmer climates and some winter days. We do not recommend or offer the porch as a sleeping quarters/3rd bedroom during colder seasons.

The home is a bilevel and has about 4 or 5 stairs getting into the home and/or lower area (rec/laundry).

No vehicle may be left parked on any City street for a period of time longer than 24 consecutive hours. It is recommended that you move your vehicles to avoid ticketing and towing. Overnight parking is also prohibited in all City lots.

We don't ask for much on checkout - you're on vacation!

Leave it close to the way you found it.

1. Remove all opened food and take out trash and recycling.
2. Load and start dishwasher (detergent under sink).
3. Place used towels in the tub.

We loved the location of the home. We walked to downtown, lake and beach from the house. The basement game room was an added bonus!

Cute, quaint and cozy. Quiet neighborhood and short walk to downtown and lake - 10 minutes. Host very attentive and responsive to our needs. Several restaurants within walking distance. Really enjoyed our stay.

Mariana’s place was kept up very well and the neighborhood was relaxing and quiet while being just a short drive or mile walk into town. We tried a bunch of Mariana’s recommendations for food and she steered us in great directions.

Charming home, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice backyard, great location, delightful neighborhood & sweet neighbors. The front porch was a wonderful place to start & end the day. The pups loved walking the neighborhood. Didn’t have a use for the game room downstairs, but it would be a great place for a family.

This was the perfect rental for us. Easy walk to downtown, plenty of room to chat comfortably and a good area for us to play games and puzzles. Very clean and felt at home.

Everything abouth this property was first rate! It was clean, well stocked with a very comfortable mattress and short walk to everything we wanted to do. Also our host was fantastic on communicating with us. We would definitely return!

We had a great stay at the cottage on clover. It was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. Being within walking distance of the beach and several great restaurants was a huge bonus. Communication with the owner was good as well. Highly recommended!

Cottage on Clover was wonderful!!! The house is walking distance from downtown Lake Geneva and the lakefront. The home is clean, cozy and was very spacious for our group of 4 adults and a small dog! It has space really to accommodate 6-8 people, although you would only have 1 bathroom to share. We spent our Thanksgiving holiday at the cottage and enjoyed the various amenities that it had to offer. A basement full of various games (pool table, dart board, air hockey table), we didn't watch any movies in the basement but there is a space to relax and watch dvd. We brought some since we saw that noted in the home's description. We additionally shared meals around the 6 seater dining room table, Utilized the kitchen to prepare various meals and snacks for the weekend together. The cottage has two bedrooms that have very comfortable beds. As a family we utilize the numerous streaming apps (you must have your own accounts to login to) and were able to watch sports. This particular weekend was the big Michigan vs OSU game and the FIFA World Cup games! Additionally there is WIFI and I was able to get some work done that I needed! We brought our 2yr old dog with us and he also enjoyed some amenities ( doggie bowls, snacks, and the large back yard to run around in). The weather was 50's so a bit chilly for me, but was perfect for walking around since the sun was out the weekend that we stayed at the Cottage. Our host was very attentive and checked in on us via the VRBO app, gave some recommendations for things to do and answered general questions quickly. Top starts to Mariana and her Cottage on Clover
