Pros- Lots of space for gathering Very clean Well stocked kitchen Great location Quiet, charming neighborhood Very responsive host Cons- Could use luggage racks and more lighting in main floor bedroom Beds weren’t very comfy and some were squeaky Tiny bathrooms Overall good experience and would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay while we visited family. Our first place didn’t work out and we were grateful this one did the job for us. We were back and forth to Creve Coeur every day and it was no big deal. Very comfortable and easy to spread out. Love the front porch swing!

The check in process was very easy and the owners were very responsive. The house was very clean, very spacious, and checked all of the boxes for what my family needed. The exterior does need some work but that is the only feedback I have. Thanks again!

Comfy, beautifully remodeled home in a quiet neighborhood. Property is not just staged for photos…it’s been carefully prepared for guests. Great experience with both hosts AND home. Rented home to attend out-of-town family reunion. Our only regret was that we didn’t have more time to enjoy the property. We’ll bookmark this one and make it our first choice to rent when we are in the area. Highly recommend!

This was my first experience with VRBO and was spectacular. The host was attentive without being intrusive and the property was beyond any preconceived expectations, A beautiful home with all the amenities you would expect and more. I would definitely stay again when next I return to St Charles and will look to use VRBO in other places with the hopes the high standards set by my first experience can re repeated.

This house was super cute for a ladies retreat! We had plenty of space and plenty for cooking. The smoke detectors were chirping, NBD, but we did put in the closet in the dining room under the blankets top shelf so they wouldn't keep us awake Just need batteries but wanted you to know where we put them. One suggestion would be to get some new pillows, all guests said they could be updated. Besides that, our stay was lovely and we had a lot of fun. Close to everything, minutes from downtown historic main street in St, Charles and blocks from Lindenwood University.

Rented this facility so that my family could come together for Christmas. Children and their families from North Carolina and Texas came together to our original home to spend Christmas with my mother who is in her 90's. Home worked wonderfully with room for 10, well appointed home and kitchen with everything we needed. Thanks for letting stay.

We hosted several traveling athletes attending the Lindenwood Wrestling Open. Very close to campus. This is a great home for a family or multiple travelers.

This property is ideal for families with active children. Our four grandkids, ages 4-9, had lots of room to spread out and space for private time. They really enjoyed the games provided. A favorite pass time was to sit on the porch swing and watch the world go by... there was an old Chevy that was touring the neighborhood that was really popular. This was our second time renting this home, and we plan to do it again next year!

Great location near Historic St. Charles and highway. For us, we needed a place close to local family, that could accomodate our visiting family and dogs and this home was perfect! Clean and well appointed with great spaces to gather. If we had to be picky, the only thing we could suggest is that there be some baking dishes, mixing bowls, and larger pots and skillets in the kictchen. Looking forward to booking this property and staying again on future trips!

We needed a home base to stay for my dad’s burial at Jefferson Barracks. The host was nice enough to let us bring our dogs. The house was clean and spacious with a fenced in backyard. Every one of us was ‘at home’ there. It was just like coming home after two days of funeral services. Comfortable and welcoming. A place to relax and be together. Thank so much for accommodating us. We would stay here again without question. Thank you for making a difficult time less stressful.

We had a great stay at this property! The kids and the (very small) dog loved the backyard. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out - the kitchen and dining rooms are especially spacious. The house had plenty of dishes, kitchenware, towels, blankets, and games. Reading through the other reviews, I would agree that some wall hooks in the bathrooms and bedrooms would be very useful. The location was fabulous - very centrally located. We’ll definitely consider on a return trip.

My sisters and I were all completely satisfied with the accommodations. Very roomy, comfortable, with everything we needed. Upon arrival, we had trouble with the downstairs toilet.....it was loose from the floor and the seat came completely off. But we immediately reported it and the response was excellent and the whole thing was fixed by the time we returned later that day. The only thing I might suggest is some kind of notebook with info on the local restaurants/attractions. I know we all have GPS, but it's nice to have some hands-on info. Also could include instructions for the TV (couldn't figure out what was available?), the light/fan in the downstairs bedroom, the washer....things like that. We had a great time, loved the neighborhood, and would recommend this place to anyone!

Let me start by saying this is a fantastic place to stay! Regarding the title to this post... when our family arrived, the weather was cool and was expected to drop into the 40's. So we went to use the furnace, and it wasn't functioning. We called the posted numbers, and within hours a repair person was at the door. We had one cold night, but everything was fixed as quickly as possible. It's easy to judge a property positively when things go right, however in this case we had a glitch and can report that everything went as good as can be expected, and we want to thank Rachel for her quick attention and care. Thank you!

Very responsive hosts. Spacious for our family of 9 and very quiet accommodations. Nice kitchen, limited/ basic dishes or cooking accessories if you plan to do cooking, but appreciated they provided a nice selection of spices.

We had to stay in St. Charles for a family wedding . The neighborhood is nice and quiet, with lots of historical homes- still Conveniently located near shops and restaurants. The house was perfect for our family and family dog. . Our son loved the video basketball game and our dog loved the fenced -in backyard!! We did end up buying a box fan for the bedroom upstairs & needed a couple more bath towels but other then that.. we would definitely highly recommended!!! Great communication, Wi-Fi, board games, nice kitchen amenities, TV with cable and streaming services, Very Comfortable- 5 stars!!!
