The owner of this property is amazing!
My family enjoyed the time in this place!

Pretty house, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, but... What does this matter if the house isn't rain proof?
The basement was flooded after a heavy rain, and it was not properly attended to, despite that every time we spoke to the property manager she emphasized how well she was dealing with it.
The first crew that came to clean it only cleaned half the basement and left the other half wet. The second crew dried all of it but left the soaking rug.
We were expected to handle the moist absorbers and dehumidifier ourselves, the dehumidifier was really heavy. Four days later my neck is still hurting. We asked the property manager to come see for herself and told her we don't think she understands how bad it is. She didn't come, we got a "but why didn't you tell me" (after she had sent two cleaning teams so we obviously did). It was all very bizarre.
The owner was on the grounds but didn't come in and couldn't care less.
Bottom line is the couple who was sleeping in the basement had to move upstairs because of the mold smell, a third of the house wasn't usable and we had to do our laundry elsewhere. We got ZERO reimbursement or compensation for that. This demanded a lot of time and trouble during the week. I worked hard on this vacation, that's for sure.

This property had a ton of pros! Lots of space, cute decor, comfortable, beautiful property. It did have a few cons. Very noisy as there is a busy street and single pain windows. The 1 bathroom is tiny, would be very difficult for a larger person to get in and out of the door. The shower is unfinished at the ceiling and appears to have some mold growing, needs some repair. Other than that no other complaints and we would stay again for sure if we were in the area.

We absolutely loved staying here! The house was cozy, well-stacked, and in a convenient location in Redmond. It is located on a farm run by a landscaper, so everything on the ground is beautiful! We will definitely stay again!

We loved staying at this place next to the nursery. Saw some deer in the morning and had everything we could have needed.

Cute Farmhouse
This house is a great location, close to all that Redmond has to offer and no more than a 10 to 15 minute drive from the Woodinville Wineries. Nicely remodeled and the bedding was very nice and comfortable beds. The kitchen was really equipped nicely with everything you could possibly need. Would be a great place with children as there is a lot of play and yard area and very close to a couple of nice parks and a wonderful walking trail behind the property.
