Definitely would recommend to others would consider staying here if I ever need a Hotel near Winter

Room was nice. Had a front door and a back door. Parked 10 feet off the back porch. Location was close to everything.

Bed and Breakfast feel. My wife and I are not real fond of sharing our private space.

Good place to stay

Good location, easy to find, fireplace was a nice touch. Good hot water in the shower is always nice!

Steps at entrance were broken and slanted to the right, almost dangerous trying to enter and exit the room definitely during slick winter conditions .

Cute stay and great location

Cute and clean room and common area. Great location, close to a couple of lift shuttle stops - orange, orange, and black lines. Also nearby restaurants within walking distance - Randi’s, Kansas smokehouse, etc.

This hotel has a good start on renovating an old B&B.

The bed was very comfortable. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

The white shower tile walls had hair on them and the bathroom floor had not been vacuumed. The air conditioning blew a fuse, so we opened the French door to let in the cool air, but you are close to train tracks and it was too loud with the door open if you are a light sleeper. We wondered if the linens had been changed because the sheet was bunched and wrinkled under the bedspread. It would be nice if the room had a chair in it. I think a worker shortage is hampering this owner.

Very good

Short drive from WP and walkable to several bars and restaurants for the evening. Hot tub was a nice perk with great views. Room was spotless and great mod-cons.

Very comfortable and enjoyable!

The owner was on-site several times during our stay and was very helpful and informative. They did a very nice job of remodeling the property to make it a very nice and comfortable place to stay. The beds were comfortable, the shower was nice and had great water pressure and the bathroom was clean. Our room also had a small bonus room called the Cub Den for young kids or young adults (our boys are 17 & 20) to sit in and have their own private space.

Our only complaint would be that the parking was somewhat limited when they had a full house of guests.

Perfect accommodations - unique, peaceful and very cool.

Unique and off the beaten grid. Very accomodating, rooms are massive and the staff was superb! They have fireplaces, caves in rooms and a hot tub. Next to everything in downtown.

Beautiful rooms, cozy lounge & fabulous owners. Can't wait to come back!

I can't say enough great things about this place. Not only were the rooms beautifuly put together, but the lougne was such a fabulous addition. We will most certainly be retuning, probably every year!

I don't have a single complaint, everything about our stay went beyond our expectations.

Perfect spot in Winter Park

Beautifully remodeled and comfortable interior. Great location – walking distance to most restaurants/bars/shops in town, and a short drive to the resort (free bus stop right out front). Very nice and welcoming proprietor (Matt).
