It was beautiful. The hotel was clean. The staff was nice. The nightlife down in the lobby was amazing. They made us feel very welcome and my children enjoyed the pool table and the games.

The hotel was generally clean, however I called in the morning for our room to be cleaned on the 2nd day and nobody cleaned our room. No toilet paper, no clean towels and the garbage needed emptying. When I called the desk for clean supplies, the girl came up to give the supplies with attitude for no reason. Some staff were friendly most were not. The pool was dirty had straws and lids floating around in the pool not a pleasant experience.

Overall the stay was good. We stayed as a party of 4 for a girl's trip. Love the modern decor and wood floors however it's too minimalist. There was no actual closet, no microwave, no iron or ironing board in room. We also had to keep asking for towels because there were 4 of us in the room and they gave 2 sets of towels. Staff was courteous though. Beds were comfortable. Pool was small. I can appreciate the modern vibe but could be a little less minimal.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town to see the Ranger game and there was a big concert at AT&T stadium. We arrived to check in and even though there were quite a few folks there as well, they did a great job getting everyone checked in. The staff was friendly and helpful. The decor in the room and throughout the entire place is so unique and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. We decided that for any future trips, this is the place for us.

My favorite thing about this hotel was that it was pet friendly. my shihtzu loved getting away for the weekend. Although there are other pet friendly hotel options, I found most had a nonrefundable fee for the pet staying, unless it was a service animal. At this location as long as we met the breed requirements we were good to go. Saved me the headache and money! Thanks again aloft

We were checked in 2 hours late because they didn’t have rooms ready. I asked the lady to please check our reservation to see just in case and she didn’t. Come to find out, my room was ready and she had us waiting for nothing. We missed our dinner reservations and was late to our concert. She was very rude and said good luck talking to a manager because they are on a cross in the middle of the ocean

I booked the room 1 month in advance - specifying a room with 2 beds. I came to the hotel 2 hours before check-in to see if early check-in was available, but it was not. That was fine. I told the hotel that I would be back around midnight, and to not give away my room. When I returned at 12:30am, they no longer had any rooms with 2 beds - they gave away my room. The person at 1pm noted that I had prepaid through you and said things would be fine. Nope. The person at the hotel at 12:30am said they couldn’t help us. When I asked them to give me my money back, they said it would take a few days to process, then suddenly found a room with 2 beds that was on hold for someone else for early check-in the next day, but they needed to swipe my credit card again. I am now concerned that I will b double charged for this room - once through you and once through Aloft/Marriott.

The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. The shower was not fully cleaned , there were spots and the toilet had residue in it upon check in. The ice container had stains on it and there was a hair left in several places.

Aloft hotels are the go to place for me. This property made the check in and check out super easy. Also, we needed tickets printed for our upcoming day, and the front desk was more than willing to help us out. I loved the spacious parking around the hotel. Aloft hotels are where to be!

Our first stay with Aloft. I picked this hotel for the pool area. The pool area is very nice. It could use a fire pit by the couches. My only issue was the walls are thin so we were woken up by people around us and above us who were leaving at early hours. Lee was great! Very friendly and welcoming.

It was the loudest hotel I think I’ve ever stayed at. You can hear full on conversations from the hallway, you can hear people walking so distinctively & LOUDLY that it wakes you up. Yeah, if you’re a light sleeper, I wouldn’t stay here. There’s this weird & very loud knocking that is in the walls that I’m assuming is the water heater or the water? I don’t know, but everytime we or the room by us, either below or next door, this loud knocking would happen. The staff was nice though. It’s by The Mall & a McDonalds, so that’s good. But it’s such a loud hotel. Not very good sleep at all. The mattress was hard/very firm as well. My ribs actually hurt.

I think this was the best place i have ever stayed at. It was such a modern decorated place. The bed was great. Usually you never have enough pillows but this one had plenty. And the shampoo and soap in the shower was excellent. The price of the room was a very good rate also. I would highly recommend this hotel
