About this apartment rental
The large and diverse neighbourhood of the 15th arrondissement ranges from towering, shiny skyscrapers, to lush public gardens, and everything in between. Nestled among streets and boulevards lined with shops, restaurants, and cultural hubs, this studio apartment is a twenty-five-minute stroll from Parc André Citroën. But while this region might be off the tourist track, the looming presence of the Eiffel Tower is certainly still in sight.
Up on the eighth floor of a modern block, our favourite thing about this home has to be its view of the iron giant. With huge French windows and a balconette, you can perch over the railing to gaze at this spectacular vista. We recommend trying this at sunset, with a glass of rich, red wine in hand.
Echoing the deep tones of wine, the decor of your studio offers a warming colour palette of purples, browns, deep mahogany, and dark mauve. It feels cosy on a winter evening, but equally bright and fresh when you open the windows on a balmy afternoon. Studio living might be a rite of passage for artists and poets in Paris of old, but this is far from what you’d expect – tasteful, modern, and elegant studio life.
Home truths:
*This host cannot take bookings further than a few weeks in advance – please contact us to discuss any bookings for later in the year
*The entrance to the building is shared with other residents, not private to your home
*Private parking is not available, but the Convention metro is just a two-minute walk
*There's no dedicated workspace, but plenty of laptop-friendly spots like the dining table
*You'll need to stroll to a laundrette two minutes away if you need to use laundry facilities
*At full capacity, two guests can sleep on a double sofa bed in the lounge
*As this is a studio home, the bedroom is a bed with curtains around it rather than a separate room
