Kleinschalig b&b - zeer rustig gelegen
Zwitserland gevoel
Zeer stil snachts en lekker koel 's avonds
Weinig tot gn mogelijkheid tot eten - maar 1 restaurant en gn winkels in de buurt

Loved the location so near a 'secret' entrance to the park. The couple making breakfast was lovely and the breakfast was outstanding. Gardens were in bloom and offered a great place for a meditation
Room was a bit small. Eating options were very limited unless you wanted to drive, but that is part of being in a rural area

Nice position. Nice room. Relax and peace. Possibility to enter the room with a code, useful if arriving at late night like we did. Sauna and hot tub.
The arrival, since arrived at night was hard to find the right building, there are many around with no clear separations, with wide gardens and green spaces, at night is not easy to identify the building. No reception at late night but good to have codes to enter the room. The requested vegan breakfast was poor, not many vegan options, no cakes, cookies or briokes, but ok some fruits.

Very comfortable and nice room. Hot tub outside was a nice treat after a long day out walking.
Perfect location to visit Plitvice lakes with the access to Entrance 3 very close to the best part of the natural park.
No staff speaking English on site and no reception desk or timed reception.

Beautiful property, so lovingly renovated! Anita was an amazing hostess- super friendly, helpful and welcoming! We really enjoyed talking to her- she made our stay even more delightful. Highly recommend Villa Pearl- would 110% stay here again!
Absolutely nothing- fantastic stay. Room was spotless, and gorgeous!

Beautiful surrounds

relatively close to the boat dock P3. Very clean room, gorgeous bathroom, upstairs
AC wouldn’t turn on, I tried calling the phone number before 10 PM and no one answered. No screens on windows, so bugs fly in when trying to cool the room. The walls are paper thin, no sound proofing at all. Wi-fi was garbage, didn’t connect most of the time, don’t even count on it being there. The shower floods the entire bathroom, you have to put towels down to keep the water contained. breakfast was meh. coffee was bad.

Location was excellent, just a few minutes walk to the park entrance. Breakfast was fine and there were two decent restaurants right next door.
The room was really too small for three people, and the third person had to sleep on a tiny trundle bed. For some reason, there was also a large and pointless bath in the bedroom which took up a lot of unnecessary space.

Proximity to Ulaz 3 (unofficial Entrance 3 to Plitvice NP), free lookout points, great (very hot) hot tub, super friendly service & well appointed rooms.

The location allows you to walk into the park, and the free parking is a plus! The room is very nice.
The wifi is a bit weak, and the materials left in the room informed us that we'd be charged for use of the sauna and hot tub. This is despite the first line of the room description for the 4 person room, "The hot tub and sauna are the standout features of this quadruple room..."

Breakfast was good, and very varied considering the small size of the overall property. The food included home made jams, local specialty dishes and plenty of fresh fruit. Anita, who was present both mornings gave us lots more information about the dishes, including source of ingredients, and you could feel the passion she had for it :)
The garden is lovely, and nicely thought out. A swing, the tables, decoration, and of course the hot tub :)
They also got in touch with us in advance to explain the best way to access the national park, and also the wonderful tip about a nearby viewpoint which allowed us to look down upon one of the most spectacular views I have ever seen - around a 5 minute walk from the property.
Communication was via WhatsApp and the messaging service on this platform, but they were VERY quick to reply and always helpful.
The wood-fire hot tub was lovely, but it's not so easy to control the temperature of it. I applaud the sustainability of it, and it looks and feels amazing; however, when we booked it for a certain hour (as is required), it was far too hot to actually be in it. The property was very understanding, and allowed us to use it three hours later, when it was absolutely perfect; and also meant we could watch the sunset from the tub.
WiFi wasn't the best, and the signal in the garden meant it wasn't usable even quite close to the building; however, it should be said that this is a very rural area so not unexpected :)
Complimentary candle mentioned in the literature in the room, but wasn't present upon arrival.
Shower door didn't seal/fit, which left a puddle of water nearby.
No curtains, or similar in the room, and as we were on the ground floor it meant privacy (our room overlooked the garden and front entrance) was only possible by closing the outside shutters. This in turn meant we had to have the lights on, even during the day; not quite so environmentally friendly.

The accommodation is situated in the Plitvice park, surrounded by wonderful nature. The check-in was smooth, we received the entrance code via email. The rooms are comfortable, the amenities and the bathroom details really modern and every room we found had a local, folklore touch of design. The staff was welcoming, and the breakfast was in a cozy room with a lot of options to select from. The produce was from the local farms. I recommend this place for a unique stay!

Very close to Plitvice - good location although hard to reach without a car.
The room was excellent - Comfortable, Clean, New and looks great, and the Lady working there was super nice and helpful.
after a long day of walking , all you want is to relax in the sauna. but then you find out it costs money which isn't specified on booking, 15 EUR per 20 minutes per person, shame.
Breakfast was ok
