This loft style 1920’s exclusive East End Four Square designed house now owned by Nick Busa and wife, Shola Reis, includes 1700 square feet of flowing open space, soaring 9’ ceilings on the first floor and private beach access across the street. It also includes 4 private parking spaces on the Bradford Street side. Located in a very private, and quiet neighborhood. The house is in the process of being rejuvinated as a living art gallery as it once was.
The 1st floor includes built in sectional sofas, a large flat screen, a big eat-in kitchen, dining room with seating for 8, washer and dryer, and a large front porch with room to eat a nice dinner while drinking in the stunning views of P-town Harbor and enjoying the harbor breeze.

Casa Busa is an amazing house set across the Bay. History and nature surround you and the flow of this stunning house is conducive to peace, joy, and deep reflections with old and new friends. The landlords pay attention to the most important of details (everything works well) and spare no expense in attention to finer details (loved the extensive glassware). i cannot thank the landlords enough for their eyes to the sublime, and i cannot wait to return.

This house is located in a wonderful, peaceful area of Provincetown, where the beach is almost empty, the views are mesmerizing, and you are still just a 15 minute walk into town for dinner or to visit the galleries. The walk itself was one of my favourite parts as each house on the way has a garden more beautiful than the next and between the houses are stunning views of the bay.
If you are looking for a peaceful getaway with a porch with a water view, steps to the beach with chairs and towels provided, a large, comfy main floor with TV and streaming for any rainy evenings, a large dining room table, a well-equipped kitchen, and 3 large bedrooms, this is it. It was the perfect place for us as we loved strolling into town to gallery-hop, eat, and take in the Ptown atmosphere, and just as much loved relaxing on the porch, sunning on the beach, swimming and looking for shells, and feeling the magical beach light transform our harried city psyches into places of peace and happiness.

A perfect getaway for our family -we loved sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee or glass of wine looking at the harbor! The house was roomy and we easily hosted dinner for our extended family of nine in the spacious dining room - converted nicely for rounds of card games after! Everything was very well appointed to make for a great stay!

The house is lovely — as described in the listing, it is still a work in progress on the second floor, but even there it is comfortable and elegant. There was a hiccough involving electricity, but that was due to an external problem and the host was very accessible; I’m sure it will be resolved quickly. The furnishings are beautiful, and the access to the bay couldn’t be easier. I look forward to staying there again. Just know that is is very easy so to get to the town center; we’re good walkers so we liked it but others might prefer to drive or bike there.

Everything went great. A great place for three couples to vacation. Lots of space. Fantastic parking. It's a bit of a walk to downtown, but I loved it.

This is a beautiful home and was perfect for my son and his fiancé and me to have a long weekend! We don't usually stay in Provincetown so it was a convenient way to spend more time in town. Lots of walking trails nearby too. The porch has a divine view of the water just across the road.

I cannot imagine a sweeter return to Provincetown. The owners have seen to providing more comfort and calm and consideration than you knew you needed. This is a stunning home, resonant with the spirit of Provincetown’s abstract expressionist history. In combination with the drama of nature peaking through every window, every door, it is truly a slice of heaven. It was spotless when we arrived, subtle conveniences were
abundant (computer cords, beach chairs, awesome cutlery, every dish imaginable, and neat books about Procincetown’s social and architectural history to name a few.). It’s a special place. A place that stirs peace and might just inspire actionable dreams.
