We recently stayed at this property for 2 nights on our way to South Carolina and had an excellent experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep both nights. The house was spotless, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness. The kitchen was a highlight—it was beautifully designed and equipped with everything we needed- including plates and utensils for little kids. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and communication with the owner was prompt. Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Easy and quick access to DC via car or Metro. Nice quiet neighborhood. Living room furniture could use some updating for comfort. Overall very good for families visiting the beltway.

Wasn’t aware that someone lived downstairs, was thinking we had the house to ourselves. On review after obtaining the property I saw that it was in the agreement. I wouldn’t have rented the house if I had known this prior.

Lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood that is close to many restaurants and shopping. The area is especially easy to find your way around. As a group of 6 women 68-70 years, we were excited to find a home with enough individual beds to accommodate everyone. The 3 1/2 bathrooms were an added bonus. We found the home to be very clean and the neighborhood to be safe. We absolutely loved the open room concept downstairs.
Unfortunately the furniture was a problem for our age group. The beds were simply not comfortable. Although we were able to ascertain from the photos that there was one room that had a low platform bed, it was extremely difficult for an elderly person to safely navigate. The king size bed consisted of 2 twin size mattresses and the other beds were uncomfortably hard. The twin beds in one room, were perfect for younger children but less for older persons.
We felt that it would’ve been helpful to have written instructions on how to manage the thermostat settings and to have an explanation about the numerous remote controls for the television. Although the kitchen was well appointed with silverware, glassware and plates, we found it lacking in cookware. We were unable to find a large pot so we had to cook Italian spaghetti in a Chinese wok. Although the listing references a blender, we ended up having to purchase one.
Overall, these things were minor because otherwise, the house did fulfill our needs in many ways. I recommend for a younger family or group.

We had a family wedding at a venue near Wolf Trap and we wanted a VRBO for a couple of friends and family to stay at, plus a place where the bride could get dressed. The house fit the bill perfectly and Luciane was a great host.
The home has a comfortable, open floor plan on the first floor that allowed for cooking, eating, and entertaining our group of about 8 adults. The master bedroom worked out perfectly for the bride to get made up and dressed, and the stairs worked out beautifully for the bride to walk down and be photographed.
We had 4 adults sleep in the house, and it could have comfortably held another 2-4 adults or 4 kids.
The host did a wonderful job of preparing the home with nice touches such as soap, shampoo, etc. The kitchen was well-stocked and was a pleasure to cook in.
The neighborhood was very nice and safe.
We would love to stay here again!

Thank you Luciane for a clean, comfortable place to stay with my sisters and their husbands. It was a sad time (we lost our brother) but staying at the home was pleasant and worry free.
