Notes on the tropical suite. This is a small two room unit located behind an existing residence on a side street of small homes. The unit is exactly as described and pictured. The suite consists of 2 rooms, a small kitchen and a bedroom. The kitchen, though small, is compact and well equipped. It incorporates a two burner hot plate, a large microwave oven and a refrigerator. The hot plate can be moved to the refrigerator top to provide extra meal preparation counter space. The air conditioner is excellent and easy to operate by a remote. The bed is very comfortable. Everything, (plumbing and hot water) works in the bathroom and the luxurious bath towels provide a special elegance to the room. The suite is sparkling clean, and looks brand new. Outdoor space is very private and accessed by a fenced in well lighted walkway. The space itself is tiny and also fenced in (as pictured) so no view. It is, however, adequate for private sunbathing. Communications – not withstanding the brief written entry instructions, I had no contact with the property manager, nor did I need it. This is a perfect spot for a single person or a couple to spend some time in a central location that provides easy access to the Gulf beaches, Tampa, Tarpon Springs, and even to the Sarasota area. Highly recommended.
