Get the relaxation you desire when you stay in this quiet ground floor end unit. No through traffic and just steps from the pool and laundry facility.
To spend the day at the beach you can take a short 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk to the pier/village area and walk the beach anytime but high tide. Afterward you can shop and enjoy all the restaurants located there.
This charming Oceanwalk condo has a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary items for cooking. The king size mattress is new and very comfortable!The laundry facility is just steps out the door! What more could you ask for?!
Pets under 50 lbs are allowed with a pet deposit of $85 (fees will appear in booking details). Please inquire if you have a well behaved pet larger than 50lb and we can discuss making an exception.

I loved this condo. It was close to everything, priced very well, and when I got there it exceeded my expectations. I really relaxed in the pool quite a bit and it was clean as well. As for the condo, it was just as I expected. The furniture and everything was adorable in a beach theme and the big bed was just what this girl needed. Rest, relaxation, and the beach. If given the chance I would definitely be back for another stay.

We just stayed at this property for a long weekend and really enjoyed it. The condo was immaculately clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The location is convenient to anywhere you may want to go on the island. Communication with the owner was prompt, pleasant, and helpful. We travel to the area often to see family and will absolutely stay here again!

St, Simon island is beautiful and the people are very friendly and helpful. Ocean Walk is a lovely community with everything you need for a relaxing trip and is centrally located and very dog friendly. You can walk to town/pier/park /dog park and drive to three different beaches in 5 minutes.
P7 is a lovely condo. Very nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen and fenced in front porch for dogs. The unit has a lot of green space in the back for early morning doggie potty breaks as well as being near the laundry facilities.I would come back to property with no hesitations.
Cons-No washer and dryer in unit.
Couch is not the most comfortable but great lounge comfy chair is the best.

My husband and I booked this condo for the Thanksgiving holiday. It was clean, comfy, and conveniently located near most places we visited. We will likely book again in the future.

Our experience here was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I and our pet enjoyed a week at this lovely place. It was so refreshing, such a great location, so close to the beach, shops and we even ventured over to Jekyll Island at Driftwood beach one day, which I highly recommend, it which was an easy drive and wonderful experience and scenery. The host was amazing and made everything so easy. We would love to stay here again!!

This is my second stay at this property!
I can say with complete confidence and experience, that this property is outstanding! Only minutes from shopping, the local airport, the pier and dozens of shops and restaurants!
It is in the back of the property with no through traffic. One of the 2 pools is 40 feet away…
The unit is very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Just add food and drink!
The Host is quick to repsondd to any concerns or questions and check in is on line!
I plan on returning next year for my third stay!

We had such a wonderful time. Our condo was perfect. Communication with owner was clear and she responded promptly to all of our questions prior to our visit.

Had a wonderful time on SSI. First time staying at this unit…love the “P” Building. House was as described and it was clean. Had nearly all the amenities one would want in a stay. Couch and living room furniture were super cozy and the bed was really comfy, with nice quality, soft linens! Always love this complex….super close to The Village and the Pier.
The only things I noticed (versus what I’ve seen at other VRBO properties) that the owners might consider would be:
1. Offering a starter pack of coffee pods
2. Installing a towel rack or adding an over the door hook in the toilet and shower room
3. Adding a full length mirror in bedroom
4. Refresh of items in snack bowl

This is a lovely apartment in a great complex. My small dog and I enjoyed a relaxing time and enjoyed taking walks around the small lake, viewing the ducks, and making short trips to the ocean near by. The apartment was exactly as described and the owners were responsive to any needs.

The condo was perfect! It was very clean and exactly like the photos. The location was wonderful. Only a mile from the beach and a mile from the pier/shopping. My husband and I had the best anniversary trip and I'm so happy we booked here!

This was the second time we’ve stay in this rental and found out during booking that there was a new owner. We really enjoyed the updates and stylish touches the new owners have made. It’s a great location and very clean unit with a comfortable bed. Love that both the village and beach are close by.

This property was just as advertized. Location is within walking distance of town with great restaurants, shops, and the pier. Perfect for watching the sunset over the ocean...yes, even on the east coast. The condo is perfect for two people and comfortable for dinner guests. The unit is at the end if the complex, so no traffic. It was very quiet during the time we visited. The pool, the laundry, and even the trash are just across the parking lot...super convenient. We didn't have time for pickleball, but we did use the exercise room on a rainy day. Quite servicable. Every morning we would comment on the comfort of the bed. I even checked the brand for when we need a new one at home. The furnishings are as fresh as as they look in the photos. This condo has a relatively new host and some details need to be ironed out. But we liked it enough to ask the host about available dates for next year.

Last minute trip to SSI because of this place hosted by a friend of a friend. It was a wonderful little place! Everything we needed, conveniently located, beautiful! This is in a large complex with many available amenities-even a heated outdoor pool, which we used. Host immediately available when I had a question. Will definitely return.

This is the perfect condo for a quick getaway. We loves being a short distance to the beach while also being able to walk to the town by the pier for dinner each night. The condo and island are both very dog friendly which is a huge benefit for us! Thanks for a great stay! We will be back :)

St. Simons Getaway
Ocean Walk P7 was very close to everything. The property was very clean, safe, and we enjoyed walking around the village. The beach was a 5 minute drive as were some of the restaurants. We liked Fiddlers, but you need to go early.

2nd year staying here. Nice and private in back of the complex. One problem- parking. More cars than spaces. Got a golf cart and left our car parked.

Enjoyable
We had a short and enjoyable stay. My only issue was that there is only one washer and one dryer for everyone to use. I was fortunate enough to meet a resident who loaned us towels to go to the beach.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Walk P-7! Debbie was always available to answer any questions, the property was very clean. With this being our first trip to SSI, the property was located perfectly between the Village and the Beach which was helpful. We would rent from Debbie again!
