This VRBO is close to downtown making it super easy to walk around to all the attractions, stores, restaurants, etc. I’ve had great experience with the host and communication. The things I noticed that were not up to standard were cleanliness and accuracy of the VRBO on the online listing. When I first arrived I noticed that the only thing the cleaners touch/cleaned were the bed sheets and towels. While that is super important to have clean they left several things untouched. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty, so I ran them before we could eat/make meals. The laundry was left in the dryer so I had to fold everything and put it away to be able to use it. There were several counter tops with sticky substances on them left unwiped. There was no sweeping/vaccuming/mopping as the floors had food, dirt, pony tails and Bobby pins lying around. I could see the visible dust underneath the entertainment stand and night stands too. The couch and throw pillows also have visible stains on them. The pictures did not 100% match what was in the property for furniture/appliances (as I’m sure over the years things have been switched or replaced).

This space was perfect for our recent stay in Greenville. It is a very easy walk to downtown Greenville's shops and restaurants, and it's nice having McPherson Park right across the way. We would definitely book this again!

This charming, well-maintained older home offers a prime location in the heart of downtown Greenville, making it easy to explore the area on foot.
The owners are very responsive and accommodating, ensuring all necessities are well-stocked, and the check-in process is seamless. Overall, this vintage house offers a much better value compared to local hotels, combining the warmth of a home with the ease of central accessibility.

Our first time to Greenville and I want to come back! Our Hosts were so communicative and gave us a list of their favorite places. We were in walking distance for just about everything. The apartment was a major find. The space is so well decorated I’m thinking of repainting my house. Love love. Not to mention also comfortable and a nice neighborhood. Thanks y’all!

It is a shame, this apartment could be excellent as it is in a convenient area being in walking distance to the town. Sadly it was let down by the amenities and worse of all the cleanliness. We stayed for 4 nights and then another 3 nights nine days later. Fully booked in the UK before our holiday otherwise we would not have stayed the 2nd time. Firstly the cleaners did not clean. There were mice in the cupboards where food was left, floors were not washed or hoovered, wardrobes were dusty and no hangers and bed linen not washed. On both visits we had to take out the towels from the dryer and empty the dishwasher. As for the amenities there were 2 mugs (we were a family of 4), no breakfast bowls, wine glasses, small plates, iron, hairdryer or hangers in the cupboards. I sent a message to Michael at the end of our first visit (as my sister-in-law was close by and supplied us with what we needed at the time) and requested all the essentials items and mentioned that the cleaners weren’t cleaning properly. He promised he’d sort it out. There was an iron left and a hairdryer on our return but nothing else had been done. I sent a reminder and he eventually left two more odd mugs, odd breakfast bowls and small plates. I took pictures before we left should Michael wish to show to his cleaners. The approach to the apartment at the back where we had to park and enter needed tidying up and painting. The toilet system filled with extremely hot water, not nice to sit on and was mentioned.

Very charming house in the heart of downtown Greenville. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. Perfect for a small family trip or a weekend girl’s getaway. There are a great deal of steps on the upper level of the split residential property, so strollers or wheelchairs might be challenging for the top level, but for adults and kiddos age 5+ , this is an ideal option.

Very spacious 2 bedroom accommodations on the second floor of a vintage house within walking distance of everything good in downtown Greenville. Beats overspending on a hotel in a landslide.

Much larger than expected. 2 large bedrooms. Tastefully furnished. The beds were very soft and everything was clean. The bathroom has a wonderful skylight over tub. Was able to walk all over downtown Greenville from apartment. Cozy and the heating system kept it very warm even in December. Large TV and new appliances. Would stay here again!

The bungalow was comfortable, clean, and well-stocked with necessities. Loved the shower! Michael made everything so easy with prompt communication. Beds were comfortable with a memory foam topper. Kitchen counters are higher than normal but not a problem for us as we are taller people. Be prepared, access to the back entry is a 2 flight walk-up. This is the better place to park. Great location. Enjoyed our quick visit to Greenville.

We visited Greenville for a week for work, and this loft was absolutely perfect. We lived in Greenville for three years and can say the location can’t be beat. Walking distance to downtown and so many other restaurants on Stone Ave. The loft was beautiful- I kept telling my husband I want to decorate our house exactly like this! It had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive and helped us with everything we needed. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!
