Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack. Enclosed garden with garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a fenced pond in the garden, 5 metres away. . With plenty of characterful charm, from the thatched roof, to the impressive and cosy inglenook fireplace, yet modernised to provide all that you could need for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
From the cosy living area and separate dining room, step into the bright and airy kitchen, where you can prepare meals whilst enjoying views over the manicured garden. Upstairs, beneath the beams, sit two tastefully finished bedrooms, ideal for a restful nights sleep. Outside, the mature garden offers the ideal spot to sit back and unwind after a day of exploring the local area, with dining table and chairs should a meal al fresco be in order.
Set back from the road leading you into the picturesque market town of Tenterden, with its tree lined high street lined with pretty and historic buildings dotted with a choice of cafes, tea rooms and restaurants, with independent shops, boutiques, and some high street favourites to explore, just a few minutes drive away or a 20 minute walk. With rolling countryside surrounding Tenterden, keen walkers or cycling enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice, whilst those who would prefer to explore by car are within easy reach of a number of attractions such as Sissinghurst Castle Gardens, historic Rye, Bodiam Castle, Chapel Down Winery, Scotney Castle and much more. Beach 16 miles.
