Cozy small home with a full sized kitchen and bathroom. Two bedrooms, one bedroom has office desk and chair also has a day bed with a trundle underneath for extra sleeping space! One bedroom has queen bed. Sitting area in the back yard.

EV charger for electric vehicle is a NEMA 14-50 230 voltage outlet. You must bring your own charging cable to plug in the outlet.

It was a cute house and was a good fit for our family’s Christmas vacation stay. It was close to everything we needed and was a perfect place for our family to relax and hang out. My dog really enjoyed the large yard. Quiet area but still close to things. Easy booking and communication.

Nice area. We were only 2 miles from our son's apartment and pretty close to the freeway which meant we could get to and from downtown quite easily.

This location worked out perfectly for us to attend a wedding in Taylors/Greer. The owner has added all the personal touches and keeps the house and yard in great shape! If we are in the area again we would stay here again because of the excellent communication with the owner, the good location and the coziness of the home.

This little house was everything we needed for our little getaway with our family of four. It was comfortable, clean and inviting. The location is great with lots of sights within driving distance, and shopping/restaurants minutes away. The little kind gestures from the host from the snacks and cards were so sweet. We will be back again!

Sheila had everything we needed, even basket of snacks. The Home is located perfectly between many restaurants and so close to downtown and all the parks and places to visit. We had a glorious time. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our weekend here! It was a great distance to the downtown area of Greenville and also the swamp rabbit trail. Everything we needed was included in our stay and we also got to bring our dog along with us.

Property was clean, cozy and safe! Basic supplies like tea, coffee, sugar, spices and basket of snacks on site. Great location for exploring Greenville and surrounding areas. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Sheila was very helpful in adding an extra day to our initial reservation. She responded quickly to text and email messages! Thank you Sheila!

The building was well maintained. The outside was clean and pretty. There was everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The host was readily available by telephone and came over to teach us how to work the TV. I told the host that I will come back next year when I vacation in the Greenville area.

When we arrived, everything was just as described. Neat and clean, easy to find. The house is well stocked too. Sheila left a very sweet welcome gift and a nice snack basket for us as well. She was very warm and welcoming and answered any questions we had. We were also able to add on an additional night with her assistance. Sheila made it a quick and painless process. The place was on the smaller size, but worked for exactly what we needed. The area was fantastic. Safe and great surroundings. Quick and easy drive to restaurants, stores and 15min to downtown.

Great setup for 2-3 people. Very convenient location close to everything, shopping, grocery etc. Close to downtown too. Host very accommodating. I asked if she had a blender and she left it on the counter for me😊

This was a fantastic little cottage in such a great location! Communication with Sheila was easy and she was quick to respond. The backyard was like being in your own private forest. I wish we could have stayed longer!

This was such a perfect and quaint place. My husband and I loved our stay! Shelia was in communication with check in etc. It was in a fairly quiet location for us country folk. Only about 10-20min to anywhere we wanted to go and plenty of great restaurants and activities around, or just stay in and have a cozy night/day.
