The hotel design is rather new and it is very clean. Room as per description.
The location is abit far from town
3.0
Location is quite central with nearby eateries within easy reach
We arrived at 1pm and although our room was ready, we were not allowed to check into the room. If we want to, we have to pay extra charges of around RM30+. However, since our room is ready, we can go in at 2pm. For the sake of good customer service, I do not see the rationale of letting the guest wait in the lobby for 1 hour even though the room was ready for occupation. We just like to drop our luggage, freshen up a bit and go explore the city. Certainly for that 1 hour or less, we are not going to rack up utilities amounting to RM30!!
Also, the soundproofing is very bad. Could not sleep well at night due to the constant noise coming from rooms next to and above us.

Comfortable close to airport
No window

Room is spacious. Bed and pillows are very comfy! Hard to find good pillows nowadays at hotels/ airbnbs.
Bathroom looks marvellous. Large enough equipped with combined hair/ body shower gel. Tooth brush and paste is provided too. Even got shaving kit which is a bonus!
Internet is excellent. There are reviews saying some rooms are noisy due to lack sound proof. But ours is perfect. Had a sound sleep for all of us. Drink water is provided inside room with small fridge and kettle.
Easy to get Grab transport. Didn’t get to check their cafe/ eatery place as opens at 9am and when we arrived late evening, we were too full. So maybe next time.
Receptionists are friendly bunch. Keep up the good work, ladies!
Highly recommended as quite a brand new boutique hotel.
Not I can think of.
4.5
The cleanliness, spacious and quiet of the hotel. It has a lot of privacy.
I don’t have so far. But it has 2 points:
1. Should notify the guests about the water heater shower should switch on before showering. I had 2 cold showers during the 2 nights stay. I was only being informed the switch need to be turned on while I checked out.
2. The deposit collected with credit card only refund after 14 days is a way of too long to hold. The deposit should be refunded after room check out without any damaged or loss. Mostly the hotels will void it immediately during the check out done. The hotel should take this into account.

Location was good and accessible.
On the first night that I checked in, I was given a room that had a lingering durian smell in the fridge. As I’m not a durian fan, this was quite uncomfortable for me. I then asked a staff if anything could be done but the staff told me that because it was late (11pm us pm) housekeeping was not available. There was also no alternative room. I’m glad that the staff went out of his way to buy a refresher so that I could sleep okay but essentially this meant I could not use the fridge during my stay.
I guess two points to consider:
1. Can there be better allocation of housekeeping staff /resources to help staff manage this sort of unwelcome situations ?
2. Not sure about how the hotel feels about enforcing no durians in rooms but I can imagine that it would be quite uncomfortable for other non locals who are not fans to experience this.

Hotel very clean and super comfortable beds!
Clean and lovely bathroom and nice shower.
Location not in centre of town but only a short cab ride away so no problem. I like the deco of the hotel.
I tried to contact the hotel to tell them that I will be arriving at about 2am in the morning. I have to try up to 4 times through booking.com, email and messaging before I get a reply.

Is new and clean.
No facilities and no laundry services. There is no room service for food.

location
the service is very poor.
they don’t have concierge, we need to move our own luggages to own room.
even though the reception staff is a male but he refused to help us three women and old citizens moving luggages.
they only give two small bottle of water for 24 hours consumption, if you want more water you need to go and buy yourself.

We loved the design of the hotel, the size of the rooms, that restaurant on the ground floor. Although lifts are available, we also enjoyed taking the stairs to our room due to the open design.
Small matter and nothing the hotel can do about it but feels like it is quite a long loop to get to the hotel if we are coming from the out of town direction as there are no direct turns/junctions to the hotel. From town, no problem, 5 mins and you're there.

Almost all things I liked 🤗
No breakfast included 😅

The staff were friendly. The restaurant on the ground floor opened from 11am to 10pm so we managed to get food even when returning late. The menu was limited but the food was good. At restaurant price, it wasn't economical for daily patronage.
When checking in, I asked the staff if the room had any windows, and he said 'yes'. The window was tiny, opened about 2 inches wide, didnt have any view because the glass was frosted. The view otherwise would be laundry yards of the next door apartment blocks. Glimpses of undergarments was enough to keep me away from the only window the room had. I did not bother asking for a room change because I was rushing to visit my brother who was admitted to the ICU at Queen II, for heart attack.
