Hotel has the best health club attached to the property. Very clean
5.0 / 10.0
Had a very good stay here, staff was quick and friendly, everything was very clean, I have no gripes. The industrial style of it was the main draw, and it accomplished that. Access to a large fitness center was also much appreciated, even if I didn't have time to take advantage of it.
Only a 15-20 minute walk to restaurants in Hamilton as well.
Will be staying here again next time I'm in town.

I wanted to LOVE this place and it is a very cool property ... not a normal hotel experience. However, it is very minimalist and just sort of cold. There is quite a walk from the parking lot, but it is well lit so it felt safe enough. I love what they are trying to do, but it seemed to miss the mark for me.

Rooms are giant volume, lighting is horrible, you can not do makeup in bathroom, bathroom lights in shower/ toilet are controlled at entry door, beds are comfortable, hvac is great, 1.5” gap at bottom of room door very strange, minimalist decor, have never seen a hotel w a refrigerator just sitting on middle of wall plugged in, no room safe, no seating, 1 print artwork in a giant room, parking is horrible, valet appeared to be barely of age to drive, would not valet a new s class with the kid valet, bar was a joke, we waited for 20 minutes to be served, then we’re told it was closing time at 10pm, we thanked bar tender, she then told us she was understaffed with kids and would serve us, drinks were horrible, but cheap. There is no room service, but you can preorder a microwave breakfast the night before by 10pm. Restaurant and bar do open until noon? Brilliant! This could be a great place if someone would actually manage it and operate it properly. We will not be returning!

Really cool atmosphere! I’d stay again.

We really enjoy this location and contemporary retro vibe. The rooms are very large, very comfortable and clean. The bar restaurant is good and the hotel location is very close to downtown Hamilton (a 5 minute walk). Prefer the rooms with exterior windows/views versus interior views. The parking is far away but they have drop/off valet service area and the pathways are very well lit to and from hotel.

This is a really neat hotel. Loved that there was a restaurant/bar on the main level as we arrived later & didn't want to venture out into the rainy weather. The young gentleman who welcomed us was kind & told of of the other amenities & availability to order breakfast for next morning.

Surprisingly quirky and cool industrial complex turned into a hotel and convention center. I really dug the industrial vibe and thought they had done a great job turning an old eyesore into a very pleasant property.

We were very happy with the old warehouse turned into hotel rooms. Ours was on the top floor with a river view, which meant we had about a 20' ceiling and split windows looking over the Miami River. The staff at checkin was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The hotel was an interesting concept, and I realize it is fairly new but more effort needs to be put into amenities due to the fact there are limited walk-to options available. Food options included a bar that wasn’t open or closed early turning customers Away isn’t going to help increase business. Coffee was nice, but not in the room no continental breakfast or lunch options available parking was less than desirable. Your hotel staff seem to have an average age of 25 and could use some customer service etiquette lessons. No one was rude, but didn’t seem to have a knowledge of the hotel. I hope to see where this hotel goes and that they find a way to draw the people from your downtown area events advertise things to do in the area. Make sure there are some creature comforts for your visitors. No one wants to go find a place to eat if they’ve been in a long trip to get there.

Parking is not close to hotel and is not signed well. We found someone on the street to figure out where to park. Front of the hotel is also not REALLY clear until you’re right in front of the doors.
First room we were given was ALSO given to another patron. Fortunately we rode the elevator up together otherwise that could have been really bad. She had switched rooms the night before because her original room was not clean when she checked in. Cool. I understand the mix up, we both go down and BOTH get new rooms. Get to my new room…it was never cleaned from the night before.
Mind you this is at 11:30pm, in a hotel that I’ve already struggled to figure out where to park, already been up to the 3rd floor and down the long hallway not once…but twice now. And now a dirty room. Beds not made. Towels on the floor.
The hotel still had rooms available the night of our check in so HOW this happened is beyond me.
Trek back down to the front desk yet again for the 3rd time in the same night. Finally got a room!!
The hotel staff was VERY understanding and did ultimately get us taken care of, but it shouldn’t have taken the amount of time and effort it did. The front desk only had one person working and each visit down took at least 10-15 minutes. Needless to say, if we have the option to stay here or drive further…I’ll drive.

A little far from Miami but great area if you don’t mind the 25-30 min drive

Hotel is clean and the rooms are large. New onsite restaurant was great and very convenient. It is worth paying extra for the "river view," not because the view is great, but because there is significant road noise if you get a room on the road side of the hotel. My only complaint is the distance from the parking lot to the hotel entrance, but that is a minor complaint. I've stayed here many times and would recommend the hotel.

Please indicate to your guest that the Visa charge will come from spooky nook. I had to cancel my credit card because I thought there was fraud when I had reserved a hotel with the warehouse at champions as you can imagine I’m very frustrated by the extra effort required by this confusion. Please help future guest by clarifying where the credit card name will come in due to all the fraud we have nowadays it’s very easy mistake for people to make thinking they have been hacked. .

Very unique and cool hotel. Checking out at 4:30 am i asked the lady at the front desk a few questions. She was busy sitting in a chair talking to someone, another staff member, a boyfriend? She never said good morning, how was your stay, nothing. I asked about coffee and safety walking to my car in the dark. She wasn’t that interested in answering my questions.

The room was not very clean. There were cough drop wrappers on the floor around the beds. Quite visible for the cleaning staff to see. Also, there was some type of food dropped in front of the nightstand that was covered in ants. I cleaned it up. TV did not work. Front desk personnel changed out the remote but it still did not work.

Overall the hotel is fine. It is a converted warehouse along the river with dilapidated warehouses/factories nearby. There are a few restaurants a short drive or walk away. Many of the rooms (including ours) are interior rooms—the windows just face an interior space that inexplicably stays brightly lit all night long. The heavy curtains do not block all of the light, so don’t expect complete darkness. The rooms are large but sparsely furnished. They were clean (except ants in one bathroom). The rooms had fairly loud ventilation all night. The surface parking lot is across the street and a bit of a walk. That was fine in nice weather. We did not use the sports facility across the street. We were unimpressed with the slow service at the Hydraulic Bar. The hotel desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is fine. New, clean, rooms are very large. The furniture, hardware, decoration is all pretty bare bones. We were in town for a concert and it was a great visit to Hamilton. The town clearly has history and their are some very cute parts they are revitalizing. The hotel is fine, nothing special but also not anything bad about it.

Great repurpose of an old warehouse!

I enjoyed my stay. I’ll need to leave a longer review either on their website or Google. The shower was scalding hot and I ended up having to wash my hair in the bathroom sink. It took ages to get just warm but then it didn’t stop, got to the joint of near boiling and my skin was so irritated and inflamed. Turning down the temp didn’t actually change the temp, it just lowered the water pressure. Everything else was wonderful though.
