Awesome gem of a place. Very stylish rooms. Check in was efficient. The bar and downstairs area is quaint but accommodating. We walked the local area and enjoyed dinner at Origen tapas concept (Highly recommended) Super nice breakfast. We opted for a la carte instead of buffet.

Great customer service. Friendly staff and very helpful. The room was small and only had a frosted glass door between shower/toilet area so you could see into the shower from the bed and see into the shower and toilet from the sink area. Doesn’t bother me at all since my husband and I have been together for 21 years. I thought the room was comfortable and stylish. I would stay again.

The property was very nicely decorated in a modern style. Fresh and upscale. The location is close to the Cathedral but is awkward to get to by car, and parking is a few blocks away. Otherwise, it was very nice.

What a find! Perfect hotel great location in the old town Check in fast with no issues Room fabulous huge bathroom with an amazing shower with shower gel shampoo and conditioner provided Dressing gowns and hairdryer provided Tea/coffee/water provided Had a lovely terrace off our room it didn’t get the sun because of the tall buildings but nice if you fancied sitting out Didn’t have breakfast but could have purchased it Lovely bar too with outside terrace Couldn’t find fault with anything

While bouncing around Spain my wife & I spent a few days at this nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and the property is clean and modern. They have a coffee bar and seating area on the ground floor; a great way to start your day with and espresso. The hotel is centrally located, minuets away from central shopping and restaurants.

The hotel is in a quiet residential area, walkable distance to the Palma city center and lots of restaurants bars as well as shops. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. The staff is fluent in both Spanish and English. We were visiting from NYC, and had rented a car which would require parking. The hotel is in the old town area where non residential cars were restricted, and when asked the hotel staff gave me a very detailed explanation of where to park my car and they helped me obtain a temporary pass as well as discounted parking rates.

the staff cleaned my room but didn't re-supply the coffee so I had to go downstaris and bring some for the morning. not a bid deal but I had already changed to my PJ and ready for bed when I noticed I had no coffee for the morning..

What a Five Star All Star Hall of Fame Team. We were served by Natalia, Jennifer & Toni twice!! Though we did not work with Elena & Paula but we’re advised by Toni they’re skill set is equal. First impression a perfect ten. We have stayed at over 10 hotels on our trip & within 5 minutes my wife said this was her favorite! Well designed and modern. Had everything she required from hand & body lotion to a Magnifying Mirror. Exceptional clean and perfect location. If you can’t sleep you can get a glass of wine or beer at 3:30 in the morning. There is a reason they have great reviews. Now we know!

The location of this hotel was PERFECT! 5 minutes walking to the cathedral right in old town. The breakfast was not great. And not everything was included. All the "good" breakfast items were at an additional cost. Also, we had a standard room and added our daughter to the room not realizing how small the room is - there was basically no room to move around. But the room was very modern and beautiful.

This hotel is a wonderful option for staying in Palma de Mallorca. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful with providing recommendations, booking reservations and providing amenities. The rooms have robes and a beautiful bathroom area. The shower is wonderful with great products. Our only complaint was the smell in the lobby. It is an extremely strong smell of cologne. Overall - great stay and I would recommend to anyone!

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. We arrived and were greeted by Toni, who was brilliant. We were made feel welcome from the moment we come through the door. The hotel met all our expectations. It is in a super location, is clean and tastefully decorated giving that 'boutique' feeling. Breakfast was excellent....fab omelettes!! Natalia and the staff are so helpful and friendly creating a lovely atmosphere. Definitely would recommend and definitely will be staying here again.

We found the hotel and its position perfect for our needs. Our only complaints were the inability to control the heating ourselves and therefore the room was far too hot, and the hotel trying to charge us when we asked for additional coffee pods for the Nespresso machine they provided. On arrival there were only three pods between two people so we asked for more and were supplied with a further four. When we went to settle up they tried to charge us for these despite no mention of any charge when they were provided.

Great hotel in great location. New and modern hotel in a quit part of the old town. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, harbor and cathedral. Our standard room was small but had all needed facilities and was very clean. The hotel is generally quit, however the door to a connecting room was not soundproof. Delicious breakfast, freshly made omelets, a lot of other foods to choose and very good coffee. Extremely friendly staff.

Amazing! The hotel met all the standards and expectations. We arrived on a sunday and realised that there would be nothing to do in Palma on sunday. What a great hotel, great location and great place to be. We loved it.

The hotel is modern and clean inside, with nice bedrooms and comfy beds. We found the service a bit disappointing they charge 3 euros to provide filtered water and didn’t refresh the bottle in the room over night, we think this should be free for the cost of the room. Our friends got welcome drinks on the first night (we did not despite saying oh we didn’t get these to reception they just laughed it off). We had issues with our door on arrival and then it kept getting stuck so you could leave it open by mistake (needs sanding down). They don’t have an iron just a steamer which makes it difficult to iron shirts. Nothing materially wrong but just felt the experience could have been improved to make it feel that extra bit special.

We checked in around 11pm and the staff had mistaken me for making the booking through Bcom and requested me to make payment again. After explaining a few times that I made the booking through Expedia and had made full payment, he understood and confirmed that I did not need to pay him again. Over a week later, I received a debit of almost 3x my hotel fees on my credit card from this hotel!! I'm really not sure what happened but I emailed them and they refunded me. Unfortunately with the conversion, I'm still a bit short. The hotel did advise that they'd reimburse me via bank transfer. It's appreciated but it's so much hassles, why charged me without my authorisation to begin with? The hotel itself is great, room a bit small but very clean and shower has perfect pressure. Location is also amazing.

Lovely small hotel right in the heart of the old town. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Palma is a fab city break. Hotel very modern and has a luxury feel.
