A not-prominent sign in the bathroom said that the room was serviced every other day. If you're checking in for two days, the room won't be serviced. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time.
No refreshed towels during the stay. Need some after two people shower? Too bad.

It was a great stay. Beds were comfortable and area was quiet.

Good stay. However, don't like the fact Host talked about breakfast at 6:00am to 9:00am. It gives one the impression that breakfast is complimentary. However, he failed to mention that it is not complimentary. Please do no mention anything about breakfast if it is not complimentary.

The bartender at fuzzy's was excellent. Her name was lilly and she was great handling our loud and boisterous crowd!

The hotel was nice and we enjoyed the room. My only complaint was that the tv in the room barely worked. The remote buttons had to be pushed many times to get anything done. When using Netflix on the tv, you cannot fast forward or rewind anything because some of the buttons on the remote either don’t exist or have been deactivated. On our final night, we tried watching a movie. We paused to take showers and when we went to resume, it started back from the beginning on Netflix. This is where the lack of working or present buttons to fast forward came into play. Thinking it was the batteries, I went to the front desk around 2am to ask for more batteries. When I got there, nobody was at the desk. I waited a minute or so. Then I walked around the counter and knocked on the “employees only” door. No answer. I walked around to the “employees breakroom” door by the elevators and knocked. No answer. Finally, I used the lobby phone to call the front desk. It rang for at least a minute straight before I saw a man emerge from where the “employees only” door is, looking as though he just woke up from a nap. I hung up the phone and approached the front desk and explained to him (I think his name was David. The “might manager”) my situation. He looked around and finally found some replacement batteries. I returned to the room and tried and the tv still refused to function properly. Also, I tried to use my own ROKU with saved apps but the tv remote doesn’t allow you to change the Input.

The staff at the hotel were great. The restaurant was meh: food took forever, was tepid, and borderline as far as taste. Wait staff was very good however.

The only thing over and above a good room I expect is proper access to coffee. We arrived at 8PM, no coffee. Told we can use Keurig in the room. Sorry, no real cream, no coffee except in the room (no cream) is a fail. This is cost reduction run amok. A good hotel should have fresh coffee and cream available in the lobby at all times.

This was a redo after a hotel option gone bad and it was quite a treat. Everything from comfortable pillows to a pleasing aesthetic made our stay fantastic.

The staff at the hotel is not very friendly. The first night we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant and waited over 35 minutes just for our drinks- we were the second of two tables in the restaurant. The next day I found a room key from the last guest in the room and the woman working the front desk made it seem like this was a normal thing. Rooms are supposed to be restocked with towels every other day as noted in the hotel room
Bathroom, we were done all day and at 7 pm when we came back our room was untouched. For a hotel with Hilton on the name, our stay was very disappointing.

This hotel is convenient to downtown Louisville. It is in a nice and quiet area with easy parking. Staff were super friendly and hotel was clean. I would not recommend the onsite restaurant as the food quality was poor but there are plenty of other dining options in the area.

This hotel was so spotlessly clean. It was convenient to where we were going. Beds were extremely comfortable. Rooms were very spacious. Loved the closet. Wish we would have been staying longer.

Only disappointment-no coffee available downstairs in the am. The coffee makers in the room just don’t cut it. Otherwise, great stay, wonderful meal at Fuzzy’s and the gal running the bar was an outstanding employee!
