Upon check in I was required to pay a cash deposit of $100 before I was given access to my room. This was an agreement to not smoke in the room. Upon check out I was told that my deposit would be added back to my card. I never received my deposit and was charged an additional $100 to my card. I need assistance from customer service to resolve this issue.

It was a lovely room for the night. Could use more towels or 2 larger towels

the building is outdated, the pool is broken The employees were very helpful. A little hard to find the driveway. About a team minute drive to Disney.

Clean & basic for price. Very dated & needed paint in bathroom but maybe in process of remodel. Think Motel 6!
Behind a gas station & next to freeway but not very noisy.

No smoke detector in room, tub lining pelling. Wrong lid for toilet. Grape stems on shelf, drywall damage throught. Furniture look worn. Remote did not work property and battery cover was held by rubber band. Security lock was only scred in on the snap on doormolding and was eay to pry off so real no saftey when opening door with the latch lock. Pool had no water in it.

The room was so dirty , there was a jacuzzi tub with dead spiders and a ring around the tub and what appeared to be blood stains by the drain. The manager wanted to claim it was nail polish and that he would have the maid service go to sanitize the tub. The tv was not working and the blinds to the front window were broken. When asked for a refund because I did not want to stay in such a dirty place he denied it and told me to deal with hotels.com

Hotel was located behind a gas station and beside the freeway. Traffic noise was very loud, room was dirty, stains on furniture, musty smell, no screens on windows and pool was an eyesore as it was drained and dirty.

Basic, bathroom was a little shabby.

Our room never had maid service. Inoperable lamp. Run down.

I had a small budget for this trip. I was worried it might be a bad area but it was fine. My room was big, I think I got the deluxe king or something. AC ran great even with afternoon sun on it. Plenty of hot water and nice backlit mirror. The only thing was the shower had only one light that was not bright.

Power went out for 2 hours at night. Limited and small parking spots. Dirty hotel room.

Owner/manager would not allow us to park near our door because we were in Sprinter Van. We chose this hotel specifically because it was an open lot to allow us to park where we could see our vehicle. We drove 45 mins from Long Beach to stay in this less than attractive hotel. We did not even see the inside of the room. We were told we could not park by our door even though the vehicle would fit. We wasted time and money to be turned away.

Water leaking from the toilet wall, 1 cockroach came out from toilet bowl , hair dryer didn’t work, wall base in bad shape. I guess price was somewhat cheap per night

I canceled my booking about an hour after i booked it, i purchased the cancelation protection insurance for $9.00 and of course the insurance claim i paid for and rightfully should be covered for canceling which i filed a claim and once again corporate greed! I was told my claim/refund was denied.. So correct me if i am wrong but by me purchasing the cancellation protection insurance shouldn't I have been refunded isn't that the whole purpose of this so-called insurance they offer? Thats a streight out scam and either i should file a motion with the corts or start a class action settlement suit

Front desk staff was friendly and check in was easy. Pictures online are very misleading. Property is very run down. Bathroom flooded with every shower as the drains in the ground are higher than the actual flooring. Had to use a towel to dry the floor and found that it was very dirty. One of the lamps didn't work, you could see daylight in the cracks by the AC. Area also not so great. Room smelled of mold and cleaner. Will not be booking again in the future.

Hair dryer didn’t work, roach climbed up wall while I was sitting at the desk, and plantation-style shutters were kept closed with what looked like clear packing tape. I would stay at Motel Six before coming back here.

It was fine. Room was clean, but the grounds themselves are a bit outdated.

Location, right next to freeway.

For the price it’s actually not a bad hotel if you’re too tired to drive back home. Would recommend if you’re looking for something cheap and affordable.

The check in clerk was on the phone through entire check in process. Rooms are just adequate at best. Not the 8.5 rating on the Expedia sight. It is clean on the surface. I would rate it no higher than a 4.

The customer service agent was friendly and courteous. I was really comfortable with my room. Slept like a baby.

Missing smoke detectors, exposed sockets, horrible tub with layers of past paint peeling off it, mold, peeling wall paint . Owners are pleasant and said they will order missing fixture parts and offered a room change. Dirty pool, uninviting pool area. Motel location is near highway ramp and gas station. Broken and missing window fixtures. New floors, cheap but adequate furnishings. Fancy breakfast area for show only. Black mold in tub drain, unpleasant smell from sink. New exterior paint

This hotel is in a horrible location with the only access point being driving through a gas station parking lot. And the exit being the same driveways, means that you immediately have to cross two lanes of traffic or you're merging onto the freeway on ramp.
The room itself was dark and depressing and UNSAFE. The door didn't line up with the doorframe and light leaked all around the bottom and sides, which means inefficient room AC. Worse, the latch chain that's supposed to provide a measure of security but had clearly been dislodged/broken at some point. Only one of two screws were barely holding on to the doorframe. Any amount of pressure against the door would have dislodged that chain.
There was no working smoke detector in the unit. The mounting where a detector should have been was just a mounting ring with some exposed wiring sticking out of the wall. How does that even pass a fire code?!
The towels provided were horrible. Scratchy, thin. A small step above a paper roll dispenser, really.
I would caution other travelers to avoid this motel, pay a little more for better accommodations. As for me, live and learn.

I recently stayed at Casa Blanca for a signle night, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The property is conveniently located next to CA22. It made exploring the area; i.e. Irvine, Orange, Garden Grove easy and convenient which was a big plus. The check-in was easy and efficient, with no hassle at all. The staff were friendly, which made the process even smoother. Check-out was equally as easy, which I appreciated. The property is older but was tidy and clean throughout my stay. My room was comfortable and spacious. Beyond this, there weren't really any other amenities. Would definitely recommend if you need a short stay in or around Orange.

I was not a fan of this place. Uncomfortable bed, poor water pressure in shower, broken blinds wouldn’t close. Check in Service through a window like an Amtrak station. Will probably never stay here again. Checked out 2 days early.
