Walkable distance to the main beach in Sayulita .

They were happy to except my reservation and my money. However, when I showed up to check in, it was all locked up.

in the heart of sayulita, a few steps away from the beach. noisy at night (band plays outside). power went out, water ran out - but both issues were resolved promptly. staff were very helpful. bring a sleeping mask if you’re on the ground floor.

The front desk staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and speak flawless English so it was easy to get directions and recommendations. We really liked our inside room for the added quiet. On another stay we had a room facing the street and the late night party noise and the early morning birdsong made rest difficult without ear plugs.

Original spanish architecture. Staff extremely helpful, lots of stairs. Very clean and eco conscious. Right in middle of town, super accessible to everything, can see beach from balcony which had a great hammock. Town itself extremely noisy. We loved the hotel, but not the constant loud music of the town

Beautiful stay however be warned the walls are paper thin & no windows to keep noise out. It’s in the heart of the town so if you’re looking for good nights rest, this may not be the place for you. Otherwise the staff is great & the location is central to everything including a 3 min walk to the beach

Third floor room and no elevator. Very noisy at night.

Long story short, we needed an over night stay on short notice (Girlfriend was ill). The lady that checked us in was super nice and helped in any way she could. Let my girl in early while we finished the paperwork, gave me directions to nearby pharmacy and stores for overnight supplies, etc.
Building was cute as hell and centrally located for just about everything.

Great location if you want to be in the middle of all the “action”. The property is “tired”. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has not been updated

Shower did not work well or consistently. Paint peeling off the walls. Seemed fallen out of care. I'm guessing it was very cool at one time.

Staff was great. Enjoyed the charm of this older hotel. Had a corner room with a wraparound balcony

We spent 3 nights at Sayulita Central for a weekend getaway. You can't get a better location in Sayulita than this hotel. Right in the heart of the shopping and restaurants. The entrance is on a walking street to the beach. The service was exceptional, accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be returning!

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location was very central and the room was cute and had everything we needed. Sayulita is pretty noisy in the evenings, but with ear plugs we had no problem falling asleep. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are very basic. A bed, a nightstand, a small table & two chairs. We did have our own bathroom and shower. Our room had one small window that faced the common area, not outside. They did make coffee in the morning. We thought they had a restaurant, but it closed during COVID-19 and they haven't reopened it. It is located across the street from where the bands play on the street. Some nights until 2:00 am. You can find places for the same price that have better amenities.

Cleanliness needs to improve out four night stayed only one day noticed it was really clean. Floors could use some deep cleaning. Ladies that are on charge of cleaning are really loud upon arrival around 7 or 8 am. They talk really loud gossip and play music loud as if they were in their own home with no regard or respect for who stays there. Price and location were excellent close to everything beach plaza etc. I would not stay there again unless nothing else was available.

Just to let you know as well that the internet is very weak in the downstairs room I was staying at. Barely got any signal and currently writing from sitting in the hammock.
I also didn’t have any running hot water yesterday.
Finally a nice lady today helped me and made sure my hot water was functioning. She offered to change me rooms but I am unfortunately departing.
Also very important to mention which is not your fault, but very noisy - late at night or early mornings. We can hear everything. But it is a very good location, close to the beach and all amenities. The room was very clean and spacious.
Thank you

It was simple to book and pay and was very much as they sold it. We booked the suite and it was very clean, roomy and comfortable. As other reviews stated, it was loud but not the properties fault, it's just how the town is. We didn't really have an issue with it since it was kind of expected after reading previous reviews. I would absolutely stay there again.

Central location but very noisy. Room had an unpleasant smell and bed was very hard.

Beautiful small hotel with great balconies and 1 block from the beach- awesome. It was loud until midnight or so due to proximity to clubs/street music during peak season. I did not experience hot (or warm) in the shower.

Location location location!! This hotel is perfect! Super clean and the staff are amazing!! I asked for the room to be decorated for our birthday and the ladies went out of their way to go buy decorations and decorate. These ladies went above and beyond to make the stay special. Love this hotel and will def stay again!!

The only good thing about the hotel was the location, in the smack downtown. We got a room that had no window, room number 4, it looked they had build a wall and created an extra room under the staircase. It was more of a closet than a room. It was quite stuffy no ventilation whatsoever. The small restroom was smelling of sewage and we had to keep the door closed, when taking the shower the water was flowing into the room. I think it was the worst hotel room I ever stayed and I travel all the time. In another country it would probably be illegal to have a closet for a room.

The place looked nice, and the staff was friendly, but there were roaches. (Parking I believe was 200 pesos and it’s about a ~10-minute walk)
The staff seem like they are always running around so when we arrived there was no one at the counter for about 15 minutes (we did order the room only 20 minutes before so it’s understandable). We got our room and someone from the public had used our restroom because the doors are left open to let the rooms ventilate – the staff was apologetic, and it wasn’t a big deal to us, and we kept the same room. When we arrived after our night out there was a huge water roach on the wall that ran into one of the electrical boxes. I hate roaches so I didn’t get much sleep.
Later I got up to use the restroom and there was what looked like a tiny roach on the roll of toilet paper. Then in the morning I found another tiny roach on the shower curtain. I let the staff know at checkout.
I really hate roaches which is why I gave them a low rating. This hotel is right in the center of everything, but I would rather have a place that’s further away with no roaches.

Nice staff, affordable in the heart of town. a bit noisy but only real issue is very little hot water for 12 rooms. in 6 days we had warm water for shower 3 times between 2 people

This was a great find. Its name says it all, Sayulita Central Hotel. In the center of everything you need or want. Beach, plaza, shops, restaurants, activities, entertainment….

Good location close to the beach, town centre, and not far from the bus terminal.
The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful.
The room we stayed in would benefit from better curtains as there was a lot of outside light coming through the window, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay here.

This hotel is so unique, beautiful, and in the heart of Sayulita but only steps from the beach. Our room was one of a kind with amazing views, breeze, beautiful patio with a hammock and the staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful! LOVED this stay!! Highly recommend!!

A nice little hotel for the price. Can’t get better, location wise. We enjoyed the little coffee area each morning. We honestly found it to be quiet in comparison to some of the other hotels we have stayed at in Mexico, but if you require complete silence I would pick another hotel. Or maybe just avoid sayulita, all together. Would stay again
