I love staying at Hotel Coco and I always get the best service, can't wait to be back.
Thank you for everything

Super clean, modern rooms (on the small side but very sufficient). The staff was very attentive, location is great within walking distance to several restaurants/cafes/bars. The area felt safe. We stayed in a room with street view, there is some noise that can be heard at night & early morning traffic. Breakfast was good but limited to a few options from a small menu, with two beverages included. Parking is available for a fee a block away. Overall good experience & would return to this hotel.

Somewhat trouble with the service. Cleaning not so efficient and forgot towels 2 days in a row and left the door open to our room. Room service - great food - but they didn’t give us any plates to eat on or trays, since there was no table in the room that was a bit of a challenge.

I loved the charming room, very comfortable. Staff is very helpful. Very tasteful modern room. Breakfast was very tasty and included.
Cute safe area which has a lot of coffee shops, stores and restaurants.
A couple small things- I stayed at two different hotel rooms. Both very charming but both have the hot water (shower) sometimes suddenly changes the temperature up and down. Small fridge is included but hopefully there is an electric portable pot(making a hot water) for comfortable stay.

This hotel is located in the heart of Bogota in the upscale neighborhood of Zona G. Several amazing coffee shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The area felt safe even at night.

Great location, parking nearby, pretty cute boutique hotel! Rooms are very small but extra clean and cozy! I’d definitely stay again solo or w/partner.

Beautiful and chic property next to many amazing restaurants and beautiful cafes. Close to a pharmacy, grocery store and public parking place. Generally pretty quiet area. Some traffic noises but to be expected in a big city. Comes with a breakfast in a beautiful cafe across the street. Staff are friendly and very accommodating to our request such as spa services and transportation. 10 out of 10 recommend.

We booked a suite that had a private, small outdoor terrace with hot tub/plunge style pool. We stayed for 6 nights. Overall we enjoyed the hotel - fantastic neighborhood with walking distance to wonderful restaurants and coffee places. The room itself was spacious and we liked the decor. Staff were all very helpful. However the hotel was clearly under construction, so no bar and no access to the rooftop. We booked this hotel several months prior so those were definitely items we took into account when we made our decision, and so we were disappointed. The room was overall clean but floors never felt truly clean - my socks were constantly dirty despite the fact that we took our shoes off in the entry every time to came in. Maybe the biggest drawback for me was that the bed was maybe the single most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in my life. It was HARD AS A ROCK, and mind you, I actually like a firm mattress. But it was so incredibly loud every time we moved and I woke up several times every night with my back and hips aching. I regret not booking the four seasons around the corner, even though we would have had a smaller room. At least we would have gotten some sleep! Hopefully the beds will be upgraded to something with better quality once their renovation is complete.

Nice stay at Hotel Coco. Central location close to many restaurants, shops and activities. Staff was kind and helpful. There were renovations taking place so we couldn’t enjoy the rooftop. Breakfast buffet was OK but not great. Not many options but serviceable to get your day started

Overall, a lovely boutique hotel and a very enjoyable stay.
The only issues were occasional construction noise since they're still working on upgrades and improvements, and one morning lack of water which was due to city conservation efforts and outside of hotel's control

We had a great time at Hotel Coco! We booked the King Suite and it was exactly as advertised if not better!
The heated pool was amazing for the chilly Bogota nights. The staff was amazing! Breakfast was lovely with all the fresh fruits and fresh squeezed juice. The shuttle service to/from the airport was great and super easy to arrange via the front desk.
The area is great, super safe. Cute coffee shops across the street and a 24/7 drugstore up the street. In the area is great food options and restaurants!
If we ever come back to bogota again, we will definitely be staying at Hotel Coco!

We LOVED our stay at Hotel Coco. We were fortunate enough to have stayed in the pool suite room, and enjoyed the private heated pool and spent most of our time in it. We also liked how large the overall room was and that it was separated into a sitting area and a sleeping area, with a tv that you could spin to face either area. We wish we could have stayed at the hotel longer and it's definitely the one we would choose to stay in again if we ever find ourselves back in Bogota.

We were told when we got there that the restaurant was closed and the bar was also closed, despite being sent an email with the hours they would be open. As a woman traveler, I intentionally book hotels with a restaurant and bar so I can stay inside at night in the safe confines of the hotel. I would not have booked this hotel had I known the restaurant and bar would be closed.

The bar was not open. When we booked we were notified the kitchen was closed & told the bar would be open.
The morning LiLi made excellent continental breakfast, coffee & eggs!! She was a great personality & very easy to talk to.

This was my first trip to Bogota and Hotel Coco was the best option for what I was looking for regarding location, accessibility to the rest of the city and price range.
I loved the included breakfast with a mini buffet option as well as eggs to order. The rooftop (where breakfast was held) had beautiful views of the mountains.
Front desk staff were helpful, however the rooftop was closed at random times and I wasnt able to enjoy the night time views with a nightcap.

Good things: The staff were exemplary, and customer contact was first class. The hotel is nicely decorated and well maintained. Our room was pleasant with a view on to the street.
Downsides: One of the reasons we chose Coco was their Rooftop bar, but it was unaccessible due to an event. Breakfast was served in the lobby area.
The hotel seems primarily geared up for business, in the 'Express' category rather than for a getaway for a couple. But overall, not too bad an experience.

Great little boutique hotel in Zona G. Fairly friendly service. Cozy small rooms. I nice area for a limited breakfast on the roof. Although the reception literally a bar it was closed. When my friend and I came in for a drink the dude kept asking her for an ID almost in a rude way. We were just trying to get a drink and he registered her to my room without my request. A little strange? I would recommend this place for a overnight stay. Not too long though.

Everything about the stay was excellent other than the thin walls — it’s almost like being in your neighbors room, was woken up at night a number of times from noises.
