Customer service went above and beyond to accommodate. We had booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds with a walk in shower for my 78 year old parents in advance. They have trouble stepping over in a tub. This establishment ended up booking way too many rooms. There weren't any queen rooms with a walk in shower. They ended up comping us an extra room with a walk in shower just for my parents. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I would definitely stay there again.

It was so quiet, I didn't hear anything from the adjacent room! The woman at the front desk, Oakland, was so kind and accommodating. She was able to get me a room even though I arrived hours before official check in.

Loved my stay here! My room was quiet, clean and the bed was so comfy! The room was just the right size and had everything i needed! I was disappointed there was no bath tub even though the listing said there was one in the room. The only other issue I had was the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy. Not a deal breaker though! Will definitely stay here again!!

We arrived late as we expected. Super nice lady checked us in quickly. Room was spotless and well-sorted. Breakfast was oddly enough my favorite part of the stay. Usually subpar food, cooked horribly. Everything was great. We’ll stay here again when visiting.

Don’t waste your time and money on the breakfast buffet. Otherwise it was a great experience. Front desk staff were superior. Breakfast buffet was cold and lackluster. Staff wasn’t restocking and seemed indifferent.

I love how everything was clean. But I did find a few hair on out sheets. And the Breakfast wasn’t to great I came down a hour and 30 minutes before Breakfast ended, and the food was cold. Other than that Great hotel and nice area.

The staff was pretty nice, but the cleaning people didn't clean anything. We stayed a few days and when they came in to clean (after my 3yo spilled cereal and a little chocolate milk on the bed), we came back and they made the bed WITH THE CRUMBS AND MILK STILL ON IT! She didn't change the bedding! Nor did she vacuum... And the toilet was pretty gross as well as the shower. They need a better cleaning staff for sure. Then, when I called the front desk and told them what happened, they dropped off additional sheets instead of the actual bedding.

The hotel was very modern and up-to-date. It also had a clean, quiet, calm atmosphere. I was upgraded to a King Suite room from a Double Standard room. The upgraded room, including the bathroom, was very spacious. The water pressure was a bit lacking, but the water got very warm (hot if that is your preference).

I didn't like that they didn't provide breakfast without you having to pay and I also hate that they didn't even look at my special requirements. I did like the free late checkout I guess. I wouldn't probably stay again.

I was only here for one night due to a funeral over the weekend. The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was great as well. I had a few beers in the bar and they were nice and cold. The room was roomy and very clean. I wish I'd stayed here longer, but actually I am in a few weeks! Just wish it had a hot tub.

Very clean, super friendly staff that even gave my dogs little stuffed toys. Quiet and comfy. Ease of access to highway and tons of food and shopping options. There’s a nice bar and burger joint inside. Breakfast Buffett was serviceable but nothing to write home about

The overall stay was great that staff was nice and very helpful. The room was clean except for a few small things that I found other then that it was a good quite stay. I also got changed $2 for breakfast when I booked online but when I got to the hotel I found out it was free.

Outstanding experience at the Holiday Inn/Avid! The staff who was working breakfast was amazing. One of the staff gave us amazing advise where to visit in the area. Another staff member, who seemed to do just about everything at the hotel played music at breakfast that was just delightful. I have never looked forward to a hotel breakfast more than I did here. He was super friendly and worked very hard to make sure everyone had a great experience. Hotel was new, super clean and perfect!

Great staff very clean Come to Nashville twice a year and always stay. Disappointed in the breakfast this time as they started changing extra for it and the eggs were dry biscuits were hard and sausage was over cooked. Not surprising for hotel breakfast but if you are going to charge me it should at least be the quality of a normal free hotel breakfast
