PRIVATE PROPERTY. Villa Dafne is an independent villa with private swimming pool that can comfortably accommodate up to 19 people in 9 comfortable suites and a single bedroom. From the Villa, in a very short time, it will be possible to reach the Versilian beaches and famous shops in Forte dei Marmi, or the Renaissance walls of Lucca. The villa, is an elegant and charming residence where the simple spaces of a country house have been transformed into harmonious settings and the alchemy between poor and rich materials made the perfect house for a relaxing, comfortable holiday in the Lucca countryside.
All the bedrooms have their own bathroom, there is an equipped and modern kitchen, air conditioning is present in all the bedrooms, a space where you can work if you need, a private gym, outdoor pool and wi-fi enrich the property.
Interiors
The villa is accessed via the beautiful wrought iron gate through a delightful well-kept garden with an entrance square. From here you reach the entrance of the house via a staircase (five steps) or through the covered parking that can accommodate up to six cars with a direct entrance to the villa.
The villa is set on three floors above ground.
On the ground floor we find a large entrance area with fireplace that opens onto the dining area with more dining tables, a practical office ideal for smart working, a kitchen with pantry, as well as a reading room with library, a TV room and utility rooms.
A staircase of 17 steps leads to the first floor.
The night floor is composed by six bedrooms all with private bathroom with shower (three bathrooms don’t have a window), and they are made of three double bedrooms and three twin bedrooms of which two are joinable.
In the lower level reachable from an internal staircase from the main floor, there are four bedrooms of which two are double bedrooms, one is a twin with joinable beds and one is single available on request, with en suite bathrooms with shower. The bathrooms of this floor are all without a window. Always on this floor there are a TV SMART room, a small reading room with access to the externals, a soft gym ideal for sportive people. The first floor and the lower floor are equipped with independent underfloor cooling system and heating, and WI-FI connection.

LOWER LEVEL: 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with shower, 1 single bedroom with ensuite bathroom (all the bathrooms of this floor are without window), TV room, access to the garage, ping pong table, soft gym
GROUND FLOOR: dining room, studio, kitchen, living room, service bathroom.
FIRST FLOOR: 3 double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower, and private wardrobes, 3 twin bedrooms (joinable) with en suites bathrooms with shower (three bathrooms of this floor are without window) access to the external.
The following might be to be paid extra: Electricity, Heating, Pets, Refundable Security Deposit by credit card.
